Realistically, what happens if Russ doesn't pay, and gets contempt of court, but can't be arrested because he's never given the court a real address? And is in a different state too?

Can Russ keep emailing the clerk and shitting up the docket as a fugitive? Or will the clerk start telling him "I'm not allowed to file anything else for you until you turn yourself in to the police!"
If he's intransigent enough the case will be dismissed and Null then has to try and collect on the debt. That's all.

Considering the court seems to love the retard who harasses women to the point he's been criminally convicted of it, and is desperately adherent to playing tard guard at every opportunity, who knows?

Maybe they're just totally fine that a slurping retard maliciously refuses to give a real address, instead fraudulently claiming a nonexistent address, and even though he gives his real address in other cases.

Federal courts are not exactly displaying competence in cases involving this drooling idiot.

Speaking of providing his address in other cases, is that something that could come into play in labeling him as vexatious?

He's not going to get contempt of court or any criminal charges unless he does something openly criminally fraudulent. At this point the Judge has issued his Sanctions. Null has a Judgement for $1000. This court is unlikely to give a shit how or if he can ever actually collect on it. Those would be separate legal actions unto themselves. Now if Shitlips keeps up his usual antics and the court is convinced that the sanctions they have handed down do nothing with regard to the retards behavior in this case, they have the far more effective sanction of simply dismissing the case. Nobody is calling the Sheriff to haul him away in handcuffs unless he admits to killing Steve.

"The plaintiff may dismiss an action without a court order by filing: (i) a notice of dismissal before the opposing party serves either an answer or a motion for summary judgment; or (ii) a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared."

-FRCP 41

If you had checked the highlights you would have had an answer to this question. This above quoted post is from a highlight on page 619.

I wouldn't think too badly of you if this was something you had to read through a random 20 pages in order to find the answer to but all you had to do was read through the highlights and you would have found it.

lets say more sanctions come for russtard and more interest compounds from non payment. could russ "work" it off by filing lolsuits against other cows like liz dong gone? or is that a criminal conspiracy of some kind? i'm poorly referencing the lawsuit between 2 lolcows where the loser had to work off his debt by filing shit against the farms.

I think Russ gets his idea of how court works from The People's Court and Matlock. There's no discovery process in either of those (except Matlock sneaking around and finding out info that he then surprises the other side with during trial).

The way Russ thinks this all works is that one side tells their story, and then the other side tells theirs, and then they go back and forth saying 'nu-uh, nawt true!' and refuting what the other person said until the judge decides they've heard enough and decides the case.

Russ couldn't be bothered to watch a video on how discovery works. He couldn't be bothered to read the protective order. He can't even internalize how to conduct service or discovery when a judge tells him straight to his face. In his mind, he told his story in his initial pleading, and as long as he can nu-uh anything Josh might say in return, he wins. And when the 10th circuit said he'd put out sufficient facts for the case to proceed, he believed that he had already done 100% of the work needed to win. He literally views any filing done between the appeal and the start of trial as either unnecessary busy work or picking on him.

The court gave a one month deadline for when Russell has to pay. This isn't like a judgment where the court says it's owed, and then leaves the two parties alone because the case is over and the court has already done it's part. The court hasn't much cared how Russ has treated Jersh, but it has cared about whether or not Russell has defied court orders, and the case is still ongoing. If Russ hasn't paid by March (I think) 13th, then there's the possibility of sanctions for that contempt of court, which (given that the judge acknowledges the harsher sanction of excluding witnesses has already been applied) puts dismissing the case on the table.

I think Russ gets his idea of how court works from The People's Court and Matlock.

A lot of people do. I've said for years that cop and lawyer TV shows have given people a very skewed, fantasy idea of how the legal process actually works. Of course, most people aren't retarded enough to actually take things to the spittle-flecked level of crazy that Greer does.

Ordinarily, I'd agree, but the District Judge gave him payment due date.
I hope Hardin's discovery uncovers the long missing transcript from the original Taylor Swift suit!

So far, we only have his book and the news segment on it
Tell me more.

As far as I know, no one's ever been able to get a full transcript for the 2016 Taylor Swift SL Utah suit, we only have the book and the news segment to go on
Please give more details (including what the transcript would be about, the date, etc)

If you're going to do what you normally do, let us know what it costs and I'll toss quarters at you. I would be interested to read this transcript.

If Hardin calls for the transcript as part of discovery, shouldn't it be Greer's responsibility to obtain it, since he was the one who brought the suit in the first place? Obviously he would pitch a fit if told he has to, but if the court orders him to do so, wouldn't he be sanctioned yet again for refusing?

Going by news reports, the trial was either December 8th or 9th, 2016. It's likely in Salt Lake City. Based Skordas argued that SLC's small claims court had no jurisdiction over Swift, which the judge agreed with. Greer claimed negligence, which the judge dismissed.
Edit: Freemantle's lawyers found the case was originally filed on October 11, 2016.

If this is the Acerthorn thing, he was supposed to act as an agent only for sending takedown notices regarding a video, not filing actual lawsuits.

That wouldn't be relevant to Russ. He can't act as a lawyer and file lawsuits (since he's not even employed as a paralegal) for others, nor would anyone in the world want him to. Any action he takes would have to be on his own accord, for his own ends. There is a world where he ends up owing thousands of dollars and decides to try and recoup that money by suing others with whatever claims he can think of but it would not be as part of a settlement.

He could agree to cooperate and proactively give evidence against other parties for a pending lawsuit, but I doubt that will happen. Not only does Russ probably not know anything useful (in general) but he is a spiteful goblin and anything he might know probably wouldn't be worth dealing with him.
