Can confirm the DEI Fedtroons and the actual hardasses never got too along. But yeah, there both getting swept out. Team Trump just accidentally fired (and rehired) our Nuke scientists. I shit you not.

It's not hard to do this, if someone has their pronouns in their BIO and don't have a PhD? They're gone, everybody else is actually making water drinkable or working to keep the bridges up or understand the next COVID thing in China.

Boy are we fucked if we have another lab leak.

Spread more FUD

Anyone with time to worry about social media or pronouns isn't doing their job.

There are better scientists.

Amazing how goddamn USELESS these people are.

If anyone here got fired, whether you’re a plumber, coder or accountant, you’d go: “Well, I guess I’ll take my X skills and work at another X company!” Maybe even a sideways career move.

Feds? They’re fully aware that their paper pushing skills and two hour lunches qualify them for fuck all, so if they can’t mooch off taxpayers they have no idea what to do.

The most industrious of them even acknowledge that there’s no private equivalent to their useless position and talk about becoming a cashier.

Goddamn man.

And after a three decade career of doing fuck all, they qualify for pensions that non-Feds can only dream of. What a scam!
>have no real skillsets beyond typing on a computer and getting their nails done did
>think they can manage a farm
goddamit

id say "let them have their fun" it i didnt feel bad for the llamas and alpacas
oh well at least all our "press S to spit" comments will finally come to fruition

I mean which ones? The DEI HR bitches? Yes.

The prosecutors like Harvard Law educated, Brett Kavanaugh clerk, Bronze star decorated, lawyer who just resigned? He's gonna be fine like his dozen or so other peers are. The Ag scientist working at the Dept of Ag? Yeah, he's gonna go do gangbusters working in the private sector. His research will just be owned by a Fortune 500.

We're witnessing two simultaneous things

The death of the non-partisan Civil Service and expertise.

Any pretense of non-partisanship has just been fucking STRANGLED. Libs low key infested the place. Trump came in with a chainsaw instead of a scalpel. So now when Trump and GOP are out, and they will be, it's gonna be much, much worse.

The Federal government will also no longer be a bargain with some best and brightest serving their country. Currently every person cut had a negligible impact on the budget (Biden gave them a 1.7 raise? on his way out). Expect Dems to offer MASSIVE bonuses next time they control the purse to try to get some talent back and we're gonna pay for it.

There are better scientists.

No. There really aren't a ton of nuclear scientists willing to work for two thirds what they would make in the private sector. Which is why after firing them Trump and Musk were begging them to come back...

This has been a shit show.

FED CANT HANDLE 8 HOUR WORK DAY: “MUH WORK/LIFE BALANCE!”

IMG_0553.jpeg

Behold your average Fed, who admits that working 8 hours and dealing with a commute, like everyone else, is just too much.

He dodges getting hit by a clue, when he admits that “nobody in his life really understands”.

Oh we understand all right! You want a middle class salary and lifelong employment for dicking around a few hours a day, sitting in the “home office” and browsing Reddit.

Maryland is FUCKED. Virginia has other sources of the economy. Maryland IS fed.

Though we may be fucked as well?
Like 12-15% of Maryland's jobs are federally supported, either directly or through contracts. The Maryland economy is actually surprisingly diversified.

Like it won't be like WV losing coal or Michigan losing the auto industry back in the day.

The bigger issue is that while our last Republican governor queued the state up with a juicy surplus that we could possibly use to support people or develop alternative industries, our new Democratic governor pissed it away and we're now got a huge deficit.

It will if he actually nukes 70% percent of them.

Maryland proper, not including DC, has 142,876 federal jobs in state. For point of comparison California, with a ton more people has 147,487 jobs. In addition, a sizable number of people who work in DC commute from Maryland.

So that's 142,876 tax paying Marylanders all losing their jobs. Or 70% of them. It's a huge hit before you get into the effects losing them on the local economy will have. For population only the District I think is more Fed dependent.

But yeah. Larry Hogan was great, turned Mayland around. Sucks this is happening now.

yeah, well, the Trump voting Vets he's just screwed over will probably be flipping Dem.

The people making the state blue are the contractors/lobbyists in NOVA. Those fucks are gonna vote Dem until they put drag queens in their kids private schools like they did in 2020/2021. That led to a right, red trending Virginia that is now going to probably swing left due to this shit.

Trump’s always taken good care of the VA. Even if he didn’t, the vets who voted for him would still support him IMO.

Maryland as a whole isn’t fucked but Arundel, Montgomery and Frederick are and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone who lives there is a rich useless fed who hates the rest of America.

The government hasn’t been apolitical for a while but especially under Obama. This is the natural result of using the government bureaucracy against your political enemies. Trump has no choice but to take a chainsaw to the bureaucracy because there isn’t any pretense at all to who they support.

Contributing an absolutely dramatic post that makes you want to hold these losers over toilets to this thread. Jesus Christ people, just get a retail hell job like the rest of us who get laid off in this hellworld service economy, which may I remind you, you and your cohorts purposefully engineered.

When the cancer has metastasized, you need more than a scalpel.

Why does no one care about our plight, Fedditors?

1.png

Whenever I tell people what’s happening to the federal government right now they’re like “damn that sucks” and then move onto a different topic.

I’ve been trying to emphasize to others the implications of this and how it’s going to affect the rest of the country, the private sector, and the world as a whole. Our adversaries have to be laughing at us right now. Our allies are probably incredibly disappointed.

I wonder when the general public will start taking this seriously, if ever.

Federal employees on Reddit were the backbone of patriotic red-blooded America, and no one noticed until now!

2.png

The federal government is in chaos right now. Those dumbasses who are firing federal employees forget that these people are the backbone of our defense. They are the ones who push their kids to join the military, who instill patriotism, and who love America to death. These are the people who join the Reserve and National Guard. Let them fire whoever they want—watch how it smacks them back, big time. No one trusts the federal government anymore.

Trust me, give it a little time, and you’ll see private companies follow suit. Unemployment will skyrocket, and the economy will crash. The government sets the example for how employers should treat their employees. When the private sector sees (and they are already seeing) how the federal government treats its employees, they will treat their staff even worse.

These firings will also create a national security threat. The more people they fire, the more unemployed individuals there will be. And the more unemployed people there are, the higher the risk of espionage. Some may even end up working for foreign agencies looking for the very talent the U.S. discarded.

The United States will soon become a regional power, not a global one. Remember those words.

Fedditors plot ways to be bullied in public:

3.png

Make a shirt/ sweatshirt that says what you did and make it personal. Make the message simple. For instance: "I worked on treatments for cancer at NIH and I was illegally fired by M*sk".

Wear it everywhere. Talk about your story. Make it personal to people. Give them a face to relate to so it's not just a story in the news.

Trump’s always taken good care of the VA. Even if he didn’t, the vets who voted for him would still support him IMO.

Except this time he isn't, though I'll tack on how much is Trump is debatable. He seems to be outsourcing this to Elon.

Maryland as a whole isn’t fucked but Arundel, Montgomery and Frederick are and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone who lives there is a rich useless fed who hates the rest of America.

It's a huge tax base that massively helps provide tax revenue to the state. Losing a 100,000 jobs is a fucking nightmare for any state.

The government hasn’t been apolitical for a while but especially under Obama. This is the natural result of using the government bureaucracy against your political enemies. Trump has no choice but to take a chainsaw to the bureaucracy because there isn’t any pretense at all to who they support.

Yes and no, the parts that take care of your drinking water were apolitical. past tense. Now all those little parasitical changes that wormed in will come back with a vengeance next time.

He could have just nuked DEI and the FBI and no one would have batted an eye. But they went that step to far. They (Again looking more like DOGE) NUKED vital parts of our security and Healthcare apparatus by accident. Fortunately on the Healthcare front RFK Jr. has reversed some of the layoffs.

They're gone, everybody else is actually making water drinkable or working to keep the bridges up or understand the next COVID thing in China.

Boy are we fucked if we have another lab leak.
Every water system in my state is regulated by the State HD with testing requirements for any water system larger then a single family home private well. Our state's MCL's are actually tighter then the FEDs recommendations. FEDs have zero to do with our drinking water.

The interstate and state roads are maintained by the State DOT. Town roads by the Town. The only thing the feds provide for the interstate roads is some funding...which we don't need 1000's of useless FED workers to provide.

And on the last COVID thing the feds didn't do so hot. Many would argue they made it worse. I have no reason to believe they would do any better the next time around.

SUFFAH, BUREAUCRATS! SUFFAH!
On this wet and cold day this thread has warmed my heart. I love seeing FEDeral scum suffah.

Oh man, that's a scary thought. Unlike last time, we are now absolutely fucked if there's another lab leak. Completely unlike last time, when the feds colluded to hide the fact that it was a fucking lab leak, the next time? Things will not go so swimmingly! It won't be like last time. When things went totally great.

>to my infant son...... and thousands of other complete strangers on the internet!
these people don't know what sentimentality is, they just perform it like robots trying to copy emotion and then glancing at master to see if he approves

A lot of feds are glorified college essay writers. I am shocked by how many people we pay over $125,000 a year to write college-level essays about a perceived problem. The point is to send these papers to members of Congress or Senate, where some poorly-paid intern summarizes the essay for the politicians they work for. Or it goes in the trash. These people have 'Policy' somewhere in their job title and you can look up how much they earn since all federal government salaries are public.

I am assuming a lot of FedNews posters are these people because this skill isn't transferrable at all. There is no demand, especially if AI gets any better at accurately relaying info instead of hallucinating. The people who are scientists, lawyers, medical professionals--they'll be fine.

I feel bad for the National Park Service employees though, they're out there doing hard work and manual labor. The pay is shit for a lot of roles. Some fast food jobs pay more than the lower level and seasonal NPS work. They could always get state park and state forestry job. But the National Park Service is the one department that Republicans and Democrats similarly favor, so maybe all the firings of probational and seasonal NPS employees will be reconsidered or Congress will allocate money to them to hire.

Those polls are pretty funny.

Dems have really turned into hardcore bootlickers.

A few decades ago, it was Democrat congressmen that led the charge to neuter the CIA and FBI, and helped uncover shenanigans like Operation Northwoods and all the other illegal activity.

Now? “Please FBI, round up some more political enemies! Department of homeland security? Profile away! It’s ok if you grab my crotch and go through my luggage! Just do it twice as hard for the Trumper behind me!”

Just do it twice as hard for the Trumper behind me!
that's really the issue here, isn't it? these people aren't concerned with political opponents who have actual power to control the country in ways they don't want, they're just mad at their neighbor jimbo who likes the other color guys more than their color guys
how many of these people are truly concerned with the political state of the country and where it's headed, vs how many of them just wake up going "ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffUCK YOU JIMBO!" waving their fists in anger at him while hes outside having a bbq

I will never celebrate people losing their jobs. I have a job and live paycheck to paycheck. My kids would lose schooling and food. The US government is already funded by fake and gay money, I don't really care if government employees aren't efficient by Elon's standards.
That all being said, crying on the platform of the guy firing you is unbelievably gay and stupid. I don't understand why these people don't brush up their resumes and take the opportunity to strengthen their union. They could shut down the government today and actually show people how bad things could be, but I guess posting on Twitter about black and brown trans bodies being fired is more important.
