It's not anabolic steroids which are altered versions of testosterone, it's HGH and I can't see Nick using it because it's ridiculously expensive and most dudes using it are either competing or have long since crossed the muscle dysmorphia event horizon. It makes EVERYTHING grow which is why bodybuilders these days get bubble guts and hernias - their organs grow, pushing against the abdomen from inside. It'll also make your skull grow.

Running a cycle to boost muscle gains will cost something like $1200+ a month, which i can't see Nick dropping, and his insurance wouldn't cover it. Aside from the MALE hairline he shows no real sign of a history with any roids.

Also even a cosmetic surgeon's salary isn't enough to touch Nick's greasy locks. I hope he wakes up during the surgery

These doctors must be making a fucking killing with these kinds of minor "facial feminisation" surgeries.

And the end result is he just looks like he's been beaten up for two weeks, and I don't even have to pay a penny for it. He paid. I'm all for it, honestly. Take those bandages off and ask for a Babe Ruth, Nick.

I'm guessing some people follow him because he's a visible justification that "trans women" are "oppressed", like the videos of people missgendering him. So that means people that follow him are other trans people and faggots.

My theory is that he loathes the nonexistent results he wasted a fortune on and is desperately trying to convince himself it wasn’t a mistake. Or maybe he never had the surgery at all and is just pretending- after all, if he’s already pretending to be a woman, faking a procedure isn’t much of a stretch

Seeing as his mom came to care for him and stayed for a week, my guess is his parents have been bankrolling him for a while.

I actually don't think he's lying about getting FFS. He's crazy enough to do it, and he's a narcissist so he knows this will bring him loads more attention. Case in point:
