on the discussion about post lengths, imo i don't see an issue unless someone is spamming a copy pasta etc or 2+ users are bitching each other out for a page+. especially when it's from a person of interest to the discussion and gossip/facts. i am definitely guilty of being autistic and/or typing too much even on this thread, but i dunno, to me if i see something i have no interest in even if just at the moment, it's easier to just do like a big scroll to the next post instead of having to open a spoiler tab, have a giant block presented, which i can then either scroll up and press again and have to scroll down or again, just scroll down slightly harder. i get the etiquette and trying not to shit up the threads but i dunno. the length required to be spoilered is very subjective depending on the person, some only want 2 sentence shit posts some want big debates, and to me just seems like less a pia in total to just have large posts you can read or scroll past. again if you click it it's the same shit to deal with. if you don't you don't even know if it's 2 sentences or 5 paragraphs or a shit post or not so it's just a schrodinger's box. that's too much damn effort imho.
more on topic, in terms of the third event it probably has already been discussed but ian not participating directly in it is really dumb on multiple levels, first is even as old and busted as he is people care more about him than harley still i'd reckon, and definitely more than the other, not even being rude, objectively has beens. secondly because in something like a combat sport you make for charity or whatever, it's kind of fucky to not particicipate. it's like if johnny knoxville or bam margera made jackass and then just sat in a corner behind a bunker telling others to drink the piss or jump off a cliff etc. if you put others at risk especially for something supposedly for moral clout, you should be willing to get your hands dirty, preferably the most. if you're not or you're scared yourself, you should change the game. honestly imo the easiest margins to make would be to get as many creators/guests as possible, no extra vip shit or parties just normal people catering/ tickets, maybe travel expenses within reason (not first class vip for everyone or some shit) at most, and then just have a high but within reason for charity entry fee, possibly extra tickets for charity for certain extra shit, have merchandise or autographs/signing, and random fun shit in a location set up like a convention. dunk-the-piker in a pool type games, meme cosplay competitions judged by idubbz etc, fan discussions and interviews, hanging out and engaging with your fans, that sort of shit.
the matches on creator clash just aren't draws. people might come for idubbz or maybe to see someone they don't like beat tf out, but charismatic or people that would seem really cool to meet just mostly aren't there, froggy built a big fan base just off the drama and his mostly justified reactions alone, sam hyde has a large fan base and beyond all else can really play a character and entertain, both were kicked out. the guests they get are vastly higher profile than people participating regardless of quality or preference. they don't have full throttle hype meme shit like secretly getting the fred guy to get jacked and pop up for a fight or some shit, or like the irl boogie vs wingz fight (lame as it was) or something (besides the buck broken chris ray gun drama) , they don't want/accept anybody with any conservative beliefs so that cuts half possible fans or guests, they were turbo dumb fuck retarded and lost a ton of support or trust in 2 AND THEN CHOSE A SUPER HIGH PROFILE ARENA AGAIN for 3. at BEST they make up for 2, at worst and with a wide margin they fuck up again to some degree or go bankrupt. they would have been gambling far less and more genuine if they did something like a con or even outdoor fair shit, maybe try and get people like jerma etc, with assistance from people who knew what they were doing and not for a vanity project, with set out guarantees for how they literally couldn't fuck up. especially since if they were really wanting to make it right, with how badly they fucked up in 2, they'd have to have a goal of making double from then estimated charity as apologies for false pledges etc. if he really is super liberal now and feels so bad about his past still and all that, his ass most certainly should be in the ring to draw whatever he can. won't fuck him up any more than he already is having a wife that among other things publically humiliates him, gaslights, and leads him to disassociating
