There's no censorship, as these recordings are used for legal matters. I'm not going to get in trouble for dropping "nigger" in my work, because my job doing this was to transcribe the audio exactly as it was spoken. Again, it kinda goes from client to client, but the way this all worked was that I'd go to a website, they'd put all the audio they want transcribed, and you could pick and choose. I mostly did body cam stuff because it was entertaining and also because it was going to be used for legal reasons.

As for the ebonics, it's kinda case by case. If the audio is needed verbatim, it would depend on the phrasing. Like "finna" in your example would classify as a "real" word because the meaning is easily extrapolated. "Breh" and "bae" would also be written as is. If it's a non verbatim, I would turn it to normal written speech like "fitting to" and the other examples.

My job is just to write it down, interpretation and extrapolation is left to the client. Since I'm talking about this though and I should contribute to the thread, I should tell about one guy. He's one of the few cases where I've seen a straight up nigger actually thinking ahead, either just from acceptance or that he actually thought ahead. There was a domestic case where three cops swarmed in from different angles (it was in a dual level building) and his girlfriend had called the police. I can't give any more details beyond super vague things or I can get in actual legal trouble.

But, the cops came in and he was in the stairwell. When they got him and cuffed him, he was extraordinarily calm. Like, he talked to the cops casually, didn't insult them, didn't fight them, no screaming about how he din do nuffin, nothing. He just casually walked with them, chatted, and did small talk the cops and was 100% cooperative. It's only really notable and the only one out of all of the arrests that I transcribed that I distinctly remember because how not like the usual nigger behavior you see.

On the subject of ebonics, I've often wondered, when it comes to the root cause of why they speak it, what the ratio is between:
  • An insecure, faux-rebellious "ayuh fugg whitey I aint talkin like he aah" attitude.
  • Malformed Southern dialects rendered incomprehensible by low IQs.
  • Laziness to learn to speak and properly pronounce standard English.
  • Pure ignorance and proximity to other bix-nooders.
  • Cultural backlash against "talking white".
Really, it's a mix of all of them, but with this new notion that "AAVE" is a legitimate dialect I've grown more and more confident that they actually feel pride in talking like caricatures from A. Wyatt Mann comics. What an embarrassment of a "culture".

In the 1940 and forward, there has been a taboo to be "racist" because heckn nazis were racist. That Hitler was "crazy" for thinking that Europe will be invaded by non-Europeans. Since Europe was European, most laymen back then thought it was "crazy" since they could just look outside their window and not see a single nigger. So it was easy to neglect all these right wing/nationalist views since it was such a far stretched idea in their heads. Think about your average boomer...

Today, it's not the same environment for such a neglect. You can not use the "crazy man" excuse that the left has memed to death for over 100 years. We got the first generation who grew up in this nu-globohomo kike system (think young millennials/older zoomers and younger), and they fucking hate it! When they hear that there were people in the past warning them and explain why things are as they are, they will listen to them instead and not the delusional shitty propaganda gaslighting them. When we look outside the window, we see niggers looting, the mutts being all retarded and I barely hear my own language on the buss. If you think I'm wrong, look at your class photo and compare it to your grand parents class photos (if you can find them). No internet meme, celebrity or book can ever "radicalize" a person (as faggots would say) as much as a small glimpse of a world that wasn't a nigger infested hell hole. That's why history is constantly being rewritten to contain niggers in it and why it's illegal to question/nooticing it.

It's hard to call someone crazy when everything they said was true. The simple truth that the African negroid can't be integrated into a civilized society.

i find it hard to believe their obsession with whites not saying the nigga word has anything to do with the excuses more intelligent coddling whites come up with for them about the "traumatic history of the word" and whatever other nonsense they think sounds smart and want to claim
the real reason is that they just like having control over whitey

It feels fucked up that we got rid of these totally neutral mascots. I’m not that old, but when I was growing up I didn’t know about the whole uncle being racist thing. I just thought they were smiling people used to sell carbs. Ditto the cream of wheat guy. Rest in power, king.
