However, given that PA and Nevada had their senate race go Republican and WI almost had their senate race go Republican, I don't buy it, but interesting nonetheless.

I don't think there are any lawsuits on remote vs. telework, but some of them might have a constructive termination case. The probation cases will be interesting because they claimed every single one of them was terminated for poor performance, despite most having good performance reviews.
