Given how much of a wet fart failure DOGE has been (so far) I don’t give Musk and his band of clueless children two more weeks before they’re discarded by Trump. When that happens good ol’ Big Brain Musk gonna really put his stupidity on full display and it’s gonna be great. Will Trump pull out the classic “I told Elon to beg and he begged” line?

Best part of all of this is because DOGE didn’t bother to ask what the differences were between “remote” and “telework” and didn't ask what the term “probation” meant in federal employment they’re going to be in the courts for a long time. If Trump thought hiring Michael Cohen was a bad move he’s really going to regret aligning hisself with broke dick, out to lunch Musk.
I read a conspiracy theory that Musk got the election hacked for Trump, which is why Trump was saying shit like they didn't need votes and they were certainly going to win. That is why Trump seems subservient to Elon.

The theory is that they used bomb threats and USB hacks to make sure that fatty won. Shit like:
During a rally in Washington D.C. on Sunday, Trump said that his political ally Elon Musk had an advanced understanding of the voting machines used in Pennsylvania, a critical swing state that was key to Trump's victory in November.

"He knows those computers better than anybody. All those computers. Those vote-counting computers," Trump told the crowd. "And we ended up winning Pennsylvania like in a landslide."

However, given that PA and Nevada had their senate race go Republican and WI almost had their senate race go Republican, I don't buy it, but interesting nonetheless.

Even though I find Vance to be intelligent and dangerous, I somehow still cannot see that guy as president. He's got no riz and he's got the same problem all these tech billionaires have that he's got a hard time coming across as human. I just can't see him rally people behind him like Trump does.

Of course, with the same tech billionaires basically controlling all of the media and the narrative, who knows if that will matter. I sit in Europooristan and hope this brazen power-grab by the billionaires will pass us by and smarter heads will prevail, although I'm also happy that I hold two passports right now. It's a good time for that.
Yeah, Vance is certainly at least reasonably intelligent but he's got the charisma of a wet sock. He's also a terrible speaker (remember when he admitted he made up the Haitians eating pets thing on national tv? lol what a tard). Harris wasn't a great speaker but compared to Vance she was like JFK

I don't think there are any lawsuits on remote vs. telework, but some of them might have a constructive termination case. The probation cases will be interesting because they claimed every single one of them was terminated for poor performance, despite most having good performance reviews. A private company can do that, I guess, but in the federal government it means falsifying an official record. This is a felony. I don't have high hopes anyone will be charged, especially under the current administration, but it's fun to think about.

Another fun thing is Musk "discovering" that the Treasury doesn't individually review and approve every disbursement of funds. He apparently wants the Treasury investigate every expenditure for political alignment and debank agencies that aren't following DOGE's priorities. All to prevent "fraud," of course.

Vance is weird. He tries very hard to put on an everyman persona through his speech: dropping -ng sounds to -n, punctuating sentences with "man." He reminds me of Obama, like he's code-switching but not really pulling it off. Even if this is how he talked growin' up in the hollers, it's incongruent with what he is now and he deploys it when he shouldn't.
They had to change the Return To Office order to meet the ADA and military spouse laws. Originally they didn’t and that quickly got corrected. They’re still trying to override ”Reasonable Accommodations“ which is where the lawsuits will come in as those are a blatant violation of the ADA.

That DOGE/OPM are putting out termination emails with “poor performance” in them tells anyone with any sense they have no idea what they’re doing and will end up being sued and have to reinstate fired employees and likely pay them settlements. There will be no savings and Musk will, again, look like the clueless fool that he is. You love to see it.

Weird because I swear I heard they were estranged for the last two years or so because of past trauma and Errol abusing his mom. Oh well.
I did too and you can still find the articles, but it seems they started seeing more eye-to-eye after Errol somewhat defended Elon's UK ramblings.

There is no evidence of this. All of his kids are unholy IVF abominations like Nick Fuentes. I will not believe Elon's penis works until the revenge porn/sex tape arc, which should happen by 2027 at the current pace of things. If twitter fags keep up the memes about his broke dick I think he's the kind of guy who would actually release a sex tape to own the ay-lawgs.
I think his first two, including "Vivian", weren't tube babies, and iirc, others here have pointed out that that might be the reason he doesn't want any natural kids anymore. I personally don't buy his anti-troon antics for a second.

But why would notorious Nazi Edolf Muskler want a Jewish child?
The left has been going hard at Musk for a while. Calling him a Nazi, facets etc.

By Jewish law, Jewishness is passed down maternally (back in the desert goat fucker days, you never could really be sure who the father was).

Now that he has an authentic Jewish daughter, a visit to the Auschwitz and the wailing wall, and maybe a few million paid over to the ADL to pay off the shakedown now he has some cover.

Now maybe enough of them will lay off. Kind of like how Trump has Jewish grandchildren. It will make some of them, maybe even the worst of them think that Trump is under some level of control. It disarms their instinct of going for the jugular of the goy.

Now maybe they won't go as hard on twitter having free speech. Maybe now they will let Musk off for telling the Jewish Disney king Bob Iger to go fuck himself. Maybe now he can afford to talk Trump into doing something for the White South Africans who are getting slaughtered such as allowing for immigration into the US.

But let's be real. Is Musk really that calculating?

Or is it, BPD pussy? Smash and procreate!

He makes JFG proud. Musk's stint with Amber Heard suggests Musk is going the JFG route.

There isn't anyone for the Republicans that will inspire people like Trump does, but Vance seems to be the best they will be able to do.

Plus if Vance keeps racking up "I really don't care Margaret" with various TV interviewers, he should do okay.

Harris wasn't a great speaker but compared to Vance she was like JFK
LOL that is such a retarded take.

I am beginning to really veer to the Dem "muh fascist takeoover" narrative to some degree:
After all, this is all government money going in circles, it won't necessarily cost musk a dime - doge will be sued most likely, not him personally. If this is just about disturbing government functions to achieve specific, time critical ploys behind the curtains - many little things enriching them further and opening windows to push chess pieces into the right positions for the long game, this might not even bite them in the ass in a way which will matter anymore over the next few years...
I hope I'm wrong, because I do understand too little about the exact going ons atm... which might also be part of their strategy: information saturation.
But this is looking less like a retard going elephant in the china shop and more like coordinated diversion - no purpose in all most of those actions by their own merit - by design.
Fed apparatchiks ARE standing in front of closed doors and are distracted with fending for their jobs, instead of doing whatever their job was. And that state of affairs might last way longer than it took elong to ruin shit. Way beyond the effect of "just", say, a 90 day moratorium on foreign "aid".

It's not so much of a "fascist takeover" as propaganda circles would have you believe, but make no mistake, a constitutional crisis is right around the corner if Musk, Trump, Et al. make the active choice to ignore court orders.
The courts have no real recourse to enforcement if the Executive branch (the people with the muscle to enforce the order) go "Nah".
Especially since Congress is sitting on their laurels (business as usual) and still calling their megadonors for contributions.

Agreed, but I could see Vance going full Hitler though, he has a humorless and stern demeanour, if he starts guiding the magatards down that road and frothing at the mouth about Them, he could be pretty convincing at it.

Far fetched? Maybe, but you can’t deny the groundwork is being laid right now.

Pretty much, at the end of the day, Trump&co are just going to steal an exorbitant amount of money from the government and fuck off to Saudi Arabia when the walls close in. I don't think/hope any of the current administration wants to run the country; they just want to steal as much money as possible and run with it.

No way, that's not how hitler was "made". Trump IS this movements hitler already. He's the only "natural" they have. They have no real replacement, none of them have the je ne sais quoi the 'ol mustache had.
Trump has his own brand of the "it" factor, but it's not the brooding, aggressive kind which whips crowds into murderous frenzy either. Vance is stern and maybe even a little brooding, but that's it. They don't have any up coming figure heads from the low ranks who fit that hitler m.o. at all - at least as far as I can see so far - I think even the extremist circles are too goofy and self aware - that's a ceiling they self imposed by going for le meme god kek - vibe.
O.G. nazi street cadres where combat veterans who beat everyone who just looked at them wrong to a pulp and sought respite in beer halls listening to a shrill, severely traumatized fellow comrade's unhinged rants about murdering their way to the top - different vibe altogether.

The more likely reality is this is more Musk Distraction Syndrome foolishness and not some 29th dimension chess game. It’s pretty clear the clowns he’s installed at OPM have no idea what they’re doing or how illegal it is and he clearly has no idea what he’s saying when the cameras are on him. All it’s going to take is one person with an actual spine to tell Trump Musk is fucking things up and show him the proof (which is pretty obvious and easy to do) Musk is gone. Who that person will he is anyone’s guess but I don’t think theyre in his inner circle right now. One would think it would be Stephen Miller but he’s clearly out to lunch too right now.

I think part of the 4D chess ploy - if there is such a thing - might be cutting elon loose on purpose... as many already speculated. Feeding him to the courts when he did enough damage, instead of merrily ignoring court decisions till kingdom come... which they might also do - cue constitutional crisis. I'm def. curious if elon turns out to be the sucker in a game or if he just played himself.

I know you're a rapefugee newfag, but you do know that whiteknighting a lolcow in their thread is a permaban offense, right? Instead of coming here and shitting up our site, you should lurk and learn the site's culture.

LOL that is such a retarded take.
If you weren't an angry incel who idolized "tradcath" retards like Vance you'd see he's a creepy weirdo.

That actually makes sense. They have to get rid of his dumbass somehow without it being obvious and letting slapnuts Musk hang hisself is probably the best way to do it cleanly. There won’t be any out of court settlement if the courts let the fired Feds proceed on DOGE and Musk.

Elon even managed to fuck over Peter Thiel during the shitshow that was early PayPal in the mid-2000s.
If you want to see how petty and vindictive Elon is, take a look at Eberhard v. Musk, a court case that would have made Cokehead Rekieta cream his pants and start a sobriety streak if it were filed today. It was settled out of court for an undisclosed but allegedly eye-watering sum of cash. You can still find it filed in California's Superior Court, Case CIV484400.

Did a summary of the video transcript just about the case
Introduction and Background

Martin Eberhard, an electrical engineer and entrepreneur, co-founded Tesla Motors with Mark Tarpenning in 2003. The company was founded to develop a high-performance electric vehicle, which became the Tesla Roadster. Eberhard was instrumental in financing, designing, and managing the company’s early operations. In April 2004, Elon Musk invested in Tesla’s Series A funding round, becoming chairman of the board and gradually consolidating control over the company.

Musk’s Influence and the Displacement of Eberhard

After joining Tesla, Musk began influencing the company’s direction, often intervening in engineering decisions. According to Eberhard’s legal complaint, Musk’s insistence on expensive design modifications—such as custom headlamps, electronic door latches, and a redesigned door sill—led to significant cost overruns and production delays. Despite these delays, Musk maneuvered to increase his control over Tesla by appointing allies to the board.

By 2007, Musk sought to replace Eberhard as CEO, bypassing standard corporate governance protocols. In August 2007, while Eberhard was on a business trip, Musk unilaterally installed a new CEO, Michael Marks, without prior board approval. Eberhard was demoted to “President of Technology†but remained involved in Tesla’s operations. However, in November 2007, Musk escalated his efforts to remove Eberhard entirely, issuing an ultimatum: Eberhard could either resign voluntarily or be forced out through Musk’s conversion of stock options to gain further board control.

Legal Claims and Violations

Eberhard’s lawsuit, filed on May 26, 2009, in California’s San Mateo County Superior Court, contained 11 legal claims against Musk, Tesla Motors, and 20 other individuals. The primary allegations included:

1. Defamation (Libel and Slander): Musk publicly misrepresented Eberhard’s role in Tesla’s delays and financial difficulties.

2. Breach of Contract: Tesla failed to uphold agreements regarding Eberhard’s severance package, including stock options and salary payments.

3. Failure to Pay Wages: Tesla did not compensate Eberhard as per California labor laws.

4. Negligence and Emotional Distress: Eberhard argued that Tesla’s actions caused significant financial and reputational damage.

Eberhard also provided evidence that Musk had orchestrated a historical revisionism campaign, positioning himself as Tesla’s sole founder while diminishing Eberhard’s contributions.

Key Exhibits

1. Exhibit 1: Musk’s drafted resignation letter, which Eberhard was compelled to sign, included severance terms that Tesla later failed to honor.

2. Exhibit 2: A non-disparagement agreement, which Tesla violated by continuing to publicly undermine Eberhard’s reputation.

3. Evidence of Deliberate Mismanagement: Musk’s insistence on costly design alterations and financial mismanagement was documented.

Musk’s Pattern of Boardroom Manipulation

The case also highlighted a recurring pattern in Musk’s career. Prior to Tesla, Musk had been removed as CEO of X.com (which later merged with Confinity to become PayPal) due to management failures and conflicts with the board. He had also been sidelined in Zip2, where venture capitalists replaced him with experienced executives. At Tesla, Musk avoided being ousted by preemptively stacking the board with loyalists.

Conclusion

Eberhard’s lawsuit underscored Musk’s aggressive tactics in seizing control of Tesla, financially and reputationally undermining the company’s co-founder. The case was ultimately settled out of court, which prevented the allegations from being publicly adjudicated. However, the legal filings provide a historical record of Musk’s corporate maneuvering and his efforts to rewrite Tesla’s founding narrative.

The way he treats women, I'm sure elon is gay.
THAT would be actual 4D chess AND playing himself for a fool.
:story:
Imagine being that deep in the closet that you memed yourself into thinking yourself almost infertile, as to unconsciously avoid sex with the women you want to bed for clout almost altogether, instead of, you know, just trying more often... whilst surrounding yourself with thiel's choice catamite coterie 24/7 because it kinda feels right on some level you don't fully comprehend. Mega-LuL
Damn, I really hope he lurks here and we slowly mind break him.
