Happy V day to all the ladies on here, hope you gorls enjoy all the drinks and chocolates coming your way, especially on the weekend.
My boyfriend ordered me a custom cake from my favourite patisserie and surprised me with it when I woke up from my post work nap, I was not expecting a single thing, feeling very 🌟 blessed 🌟

Spreading the love, I hope all my kiwis in the thread, men or women, get a special little treat today and feel appreciated by their loved ones.

I uh gave the painting of the pet birds that I made and other presents (cause it's her birthday in a couple days) to my gf earlier when we were out today and she really really liked em! So much so that I saw her eyes widen and she just threw her arms around me to kiss me - so that was really magical!

Thank you all who steered me in the right direction, before I was half apprehensive about today but it was actually wonderful having a first real Valentines! :)

So... does anyone know how to gauge if someone is actually ready for change?
If he wanted and believed into changing (or bettering) himself, he already would.
Results are the best evidence of it. He is one DM away from ruining his and your life again. Not taking HRT just means he became a different type of faggot altogether, now attracting kids or some other version of that. Either you are desperate or just plain stupid to keep him in your social circle.

Nearly 20 years of marriage is a lot to throw away.
I just don’t know how to approach such a personally volatile subject with her.

You've spent 20 years together and still don't know how to discuss contentious topics with your wife.:stress:

Considering your stated attempts at conflict resolution was stonewalling and straight up avoidance, no wonder you're lost. That was probably your go-to your entire marriage and now you're stumped because she's too passionate about the issue to get ignored anymore.

If you actually care about your wife, you're gonna have to start showing some compassion for her worries because despite what alleged extremist sky is falling shit she might believe, her anxiety over it is real and she needs someone to listen to her. She won't automatically trust your judgements and explanations if you spent years fobbing her off.

How much is a normal amount of hair to come out when shampooing & conditioning? This is the first time I've had somewhat long hair and don't know if it's normal or I'm balding :stress:

Depending on how thoroughly you brushed i think that can take out a lot of knots and stuff, it thins your hair a little bit, makes it feel lighter. If you don't regularly tend to your hair this will feel out of place.
I remember finally getting the rats nest that plagued my hair out and it felt like I had nothing on my head, it was really weird, but also refreshing.

I mean more so when I'm using the shampoo/conditioner, it feels like there's a lot in between my fingers after rubbing it in. Not sure if my hair is falling out or it's somewhat normal for longer hair to pull out when rubbing in soap.

That's normal with long hair. I had the same wtf moment when I grew it out. As long as you don't pull out clumps of hair you are good. If you are still worried, ask your hair dresser if your hair looks good /healthy. Even though you grow it out, you still need to go, to keep it nice and tidy.

Lots. I've got healthy hair and I still clean out big clumps of hair from the drain each shower.
It's because the strands are so much longer. When you shed short hair, there's less hair for it to get caught up in, so a lot of lost hair will just disappear in the course of a day. With long hair it'll tangle around other hairs and stay on your head until you actually brush it out. And since it's longer, it will just look like a lot more hair anyway. You're losing the same amount of strands as you did with short hair, it's just much easier to notice.

10 strands max if you brush daily. If you get the amount that piles up and clogs drain with single shower something's wrong - diet, nutrients, stress, vitamins ...

That depends on your hair type. If your hair is curly, you won't be brushing it, so all the lost hairs come out when you untangle comb it in the shower. If you do brush before showering, you'll catch most of the lost hairs in your brush.
Healthy people lose on average 150 hairs in a day. With long hair, even a tiny fraction of that is a noticeable clump.

I have long voluminous hair and I shed like a dog mate, always have. You might just be noticing your normal usual hairfall more now that it's longer. Although the advice to take a multivitamin anyway is sound advice, it won't do you any harm and if your body can't make use of the various vitamins you'll just pee them out. Most people have some level of deficiency of some vitamin and multivitamins are dirt cheap so give that a try. You can also try a caffeine shampoo, those work for a lot of people and are pretty harmless. Also remember to give your hair a good brush through to detangle it and take out any old falling hairs before you wash it. Makes washing and detangling easier, no point washing stuff that's literally already fallen off and stops you washing in more tangles.

I'm normally loathe to agree with a tranny, but you're right.

Hair will come out when you go about your day, but if it's just falling out in large clumps on its own in the shower, then yes, you have a problem.

If you're a moid, be more gentle when applying your shampoo/conditioner and try some magnesium-enhanced shampoos.
