It's another instance of Phil saying one thing and doing another.
He complains about BOTS and one guy totally making a ton of socks coming into chat saying a bunch of racist shit!

While at the same time, allowing the racist chat member to keep ban evading coming back into the chat with socks, saying racist shit.
But he gets a pass, because he pays Phil for it.

He was being a petty little faggot last night, withholding gameplay without any support.

It's all a joke though. He is laughing while saying that, the dents are laughing while they are emptying their wallets and afterwards they are all laughing together and having a good time. It's a nice and friendly chill stream full of positive vibes and companionship.
