You triggered my autism and I have come to disagree. Earlier in the thread, I was arguing for Jon’s absence, but he was most certainly with her in LA. I think she’s a hard-core liar who could have staged wearing the same dress on two visits, but 1) I don’t think clothing she wore 6 months ago will fit today and 2) she would have had to fake his empty plate, as well, and I don’t see her remembering to do that just to pull one over on the Farms.
I was checking it out, though, and on her pre-op day she got breakfast with Jon and Mollie at The Nook, which is the breakfast place inside of the hotel where she was staying, the SLS Beverly Hills, you can see the menu in front of Jon. The SLS is also a Marriot Bonvoy location, where we know she has a highfalutin frequent-traveler account.
Jon’s empty plate is there, looks like he had a little fruit salad (leaving the honeydew melon behind, wisely) and maybe something with a little hollandaise, perhaps? Mollie is eating something large, maybe a giant pancake or waffle, the effects of which she can certainly hide for a while under that denim tent she is wearing as a skirt. It gives me “I was skinny in my youth, but wanting all the luxuries rich people have has made me fat and now I don’t know how to dress myself,” vibes. Anna brought her own energy drink, of course, to a place that already serves caffeinated beverages, which is incredibly rude, IMO.
