Breasts do not sit that high up and firmly point outward like that and it almost seems like the implants are recessed into the abdominal area.

Men: walleyed boobs with the Grand Canyon between them.

Since this has gotten a lot of response with a lot of the same reactions I suppose I’ll do a small FAQ and then respond to some posts in more detail.

I have probably over a thousand hours of therapy and treatment with therapists from all walks of life, both gender critical and affirming. I preferred the gender critical ones.

If you've seen a result from him that you find terrible, don't go for it. If something were to go wrong you'd end up second guessing yourself and obsessing that 'I should have known'. Don't do that to yourself.

Research will be difficult, usually you'd try and ask people around you who had the procedure about their experiences but that's probably impossible for you. Don't trust Reddit in anything, or at least try to find a Dutch-exclusive subreddit that might be more honest. You might call your insurance and ask if they have any recommendations. Even when they are not paying for it, they have an interest in keeping you unmutilated. You could call the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Plastische Chirurgie and see if there are any complaints against any surgeon you are considering.

Ask about lipofilling I guess, it might give you less shitty results and less chance of complications because it uses your own bodyfat. Bring a picture of a fridgehon with balloontits from this thread to any surgeon you're considering and tell them you don't want that.

Look, Daisy, honey, dude.... women don't get to choose the specifics of their rack. I'm sorry (not sorry), that's part of the true and honest female experience. Most of all, we don't get health insurance to pay for tit surgery if we're insecure about them. So, from one woman to another: deal with it or pay for your surgery out of pocket.

Troons don't understand that actual tits vary wildly from woman to woman. Not only in size, but also in shape and density. Most women don't have 10/10 ultra photogenic breasts. And even if they do, they won't stay that way forever. They don't know that even drop-dead gorgeous women can be super self-conscious about their boobs if they don't have the 'ideal' appearance.

I get that. A friend of mine had her breasts reduced because she thought they were to big. But breast augmentation is actually a very common procedure for natal women.

No they will never be, they cannot. Because you are male. The breast tissue growth you’d get is at a max what a prepubescent would have, and more like a tuberous breast deformity akin to a prolactin raise. Why did you think taking hormones would give you tits like a woman? Did someone give you this idea? That’s not how it works.

None will look natural because you are male. You will at best have the bolt-ons-you can drive a bus through look because the gap between the artificial breast-replicas will be too big. The proportions will never be correct, because you are male, with male nipple spacing, male pectorals, male musculature and a male skeletal under structure. Who told you you could achieve ‘natural’ results? They have lied to you. At best you will look like an uncanny valley specimen. At worst a hon with tits like chameleons eyes.

Some turn out better then others though, there must be a reason for it, maybe it's the type and profile of the implant. I'd prefer a result that is as natural looking as possible, but I'd be okay with unnatural looking ones if the gap is as minimal as possible.

WHAT? They think this is healing normally? Imagine having any other surgery and it looking like this. When I had my wisdom teeth removed my face swelled up a LOT because they were difficult to remove. Once the swelling finally went down it randomly swelled up again, I knew that wasn’t normal so went to see the doctor and I had a mild infection. Even that I knew wasn’t normal. You can tell when something is going wrong normally.

You know how a lot of what we 'see' is the product of mental pathways, how we have instincitve abilities to recognise important things like faces, how we are mostly ignorant of the blind spot in our vision? Sometimes I don't wonder if the mind can be so moulded and one so indoctrinated, that it actually affects the way that vision is filtered/synthesised, and perhaps, just maybe, they actually cannot see the grim reality of the butchery.

Pretty sure triple ditch hadn’t seen the bad stuff IIRC, I’ll have to go back to check. But you’re right that most of them have a “it won’t happen to me, that person didn’t follow instructions/got unlucky” mindset.

In some fairness to them, a lot of those posts get taken down. I’ve seen it in action. They get hit with “this doesn’t belong here” or “this is scaring people.” And a lot of people are reluctant to post the names of their surgeons because they’re scared it’ll affect their care—some of them post about bad experiences and get a discharge letter in the mail a few days later. If you’re suffering from complications or need pain meds and that’s the only SRS surgeon in the region or the only one who takes your insurance, if they drop you, you’re really fucked.

That said, Rumer is infamous and there’s no excuse for triple ditch and his parents for not finding that information.
