LawTube - Lawyers sperging at each other on YouTube

Please report Elon to the ADL so things can be taken care of. Like the ADL is some sort of arbiter or reality itself that transcends every other form of authority.
Never mind that when the literal ADL is telling you "hey maybe we shouldn't be too hasty with this anti-Semitism accusation," perhaps you're being a trifle hysterical.

Chaos at the Ballpark: 9-Year-Old Boy Accused of Nazi Salute While Reaching for Foul Ball Sparks Outrage and Divides Fans

Article headline coming to a news outlet near you.
Well, we had this nonsense a while back so we're closer than you think.

Branca is moving (ever so slightly) more toward a general political news vibe (old nick political) with 2A stuff.

I'm not sure how this is going to help his channel aside from comfirmation bias for his viewers (the same thing he purports he avoids in deadly force analysis he does).
Saw this and couldn't believe Branca succumbed to the algorithm.

Bruce Rivers has just posted a video talking about his son, Michael.

PreserveTube

[EDIT]
According to Bruce in this video, Michael's death was an "overdose of a multiple cocktail of cocaine, methamphetamine and some derivative of Xanax", and he weighed 127lb (57kg) when he died.

Thoughts after watching:
I cannot imagine the horror Bruce went through finding his boy dead in the bathroom of an overdose.

The guy had some struggles growing up but seemed to be making good on the opportunities that came his way.
Bruce credits Michael with the success of the channel - when showing the silver and gold Play Buttons for the CLR Bruce Rivers channel, Bruce refers to it as "his work" and "his accomplishments" - which is such a fatherly thing to do.

I had to take a few breaks watching this, the pictures of the when Michael was just a baby was both beautiful and heartbreaking. Bruce loved his boy as did all he could. When he mentioned towards the end that he should have had Michael committed it became rather clear that Bruce is blaming himself for it and/or wondering what he could have done different. He did everything he could for Michael and I really hope he doesn't blame himself.

On this episode of Bootlicking Branca Bullshit (BBB):
"The ruling that the prohibition of possessing an (unregistered) machine gun is unconstitutional is actually a 20D conspiracy to destroy your 2A rights"
The 5th circuit is the most favorable for the 2A out of all the courts. It is to be expected lmao.

Yes. The judge is a niggeraids liberal faggot for arguing that we should be restricted from anything not colonial era and seething hard as a nofuns an activist. No that doesn't mean this isn't good news to chip away at the NFA. Even if it is bait, if they rule otherwise there's finally a ruling pointing out the hypocrisy to use in the future.
All this should end the discussion. If Hollis was abrogated, then the government has no footing to stand on. This Court cannot go looking for facts that have not been presented before it. The government has failed to meet its burden of establishing that machineguns are both dangerous and unusual. Under Bruen, it therefore cannot restrict Mr. Brown’s possession of one in his home.
Also, interesting how these judges suddenly become originalist when it comes to laws they don't like huh?

Attorney Tom is back posting on YT again. He posted a clip of himself doing stand up comedy... and it's bad. Really bad.
The funniest thing Attorney Tom has still done, was paying that cosplayer? con attendee? dom? trollip? to come back to Anime Matsuri again, to step on ol' Lord Robert Balldo-mort, after she had stepped on Tom at AM21. (I believe Nick tried to big league Tom due to the incident.) I guess judging by the banners these pics were all from '22.

Absolutely low IQ take. Lawyers are a special type of stupid.
Does this retard not remember how many times we've evacuated after the exact time of the upcoming eruption was predicted? E.g., Mount St. Helens. If we hadn't had a prediction in advance it's likely tens of thousands of people would have died.

You're asking too much from him. Remember this guy spends time arguing with people on X/Twitter.
