There's native restaurants, I've seen them. The real reason is because featherhead food really isn't that good outside navajo tacos. Nobody wakes up in the morning like "I could really go for some succotash today!"
I feel like native food is better suited for food trucks or ghost kitchens if anything. I can't imagine something like a Edos or a Denny's but native themed food

What would be hilarious is if Trump basically sends out monthly checks based on the money recovered from the fraud. Every time they claw back or cancel excess funding, part of that amount gets distributed to the citizens to make them clue in how much of their money the country had been wasting.

Or just make it a regular rebate on income tax

Also use that budget to heavily audit power and water companies and the rates they charge people since no one's utility bills went down at all over 10 years with LED bulbs.
This has to do with the fact that people don't adjust their lifestyle like they should to account for the actual savings that they can provide. The same thing applies to economy mode in cars. When it's on people drive more aggressively thinking it saves them gas regardless but in reality you are doing more harm than good.

The machines conking out due to being energy efficient, yeah that's a bit of what you get out of what it's trying to do. You can't have the thing you're using do 264570389 different things and expect something to not be fragile or a weak link. That's why a Soviet dishwasher still works and my super eco friendly dish washer shits the bed after 2 years of light use. In recent years if you spend enough cash you kind of can have your cake and eat it when it comes to does it all and is reliable but, who in their right mind after 4 years of Biden would spend that much on a fridge when a tank of gas costs that much also.

Whoops, 65% of natives voted for trump. They like him more than white males.

Pay attention to the tribal police ramming the trailer faggots handcuffed themselves to on the road to burning man, not the occasional sellout Lakota who doesn’t even call themselves Sioux anymore, who goes around pretending to bless every time natives are blocked from profiting off the resources on their own reservations
Trump did a special investigatory report in missing and kidnapped and murdered native Americans back in like 2018. Meanwhile the RCMP of Canada would go 15 miles to avoid accountability over that.

What are the odds that either:

A. We get a relief on federal taxes for 2025-2028 (i.e. higher threshold brackets)
B. Federal tax is abolished altogether

Seems like they're gearing up to initiate some kind of sweeping tax reform after all this corruption and fraud has come out, otherwise what is even the point of uncovering this fraud to the American people? A lot of people, Republican and Democrat (the normie kind, not the terminally online kind) are both incredibly pissed about this and joke about not paying this year.

Might be late, but a previous poster, hundreds of pages ago, said something about some states are alresdy instituting this exact thing for EBT where buying certain fresh groceries only costs you half as much on your food stamps. It is a common sense idea and I think would improve EBT nutrition if adopted nationwide.
That seems like an interesting idea. If calls were made to implement it nationwide I'm sure there would be plenty of debate over why do people on EBT get to pay half of the price for some particular kinds of groceries while individuals not on it have to buy them without a discount.

The alternative is that the EBT carries essentially a 'tax' for using it on things like soda and so on. Though this becomes a framing issue.

5000$ would clear up a major debt settlement for me, improve my credit score and give me savings and there are plenty of people who probably have that kind of situation. Hell, Shaniqua will probably spend it on a trip to Miami and blow it on fajitas and I don't care because that's money in the economy instead of dick cutting in Africa.
$5000 is a good years worth of groceries for me or could go towards investments. It would be fucking awesome.

Like I’m not a huge fan of gibsmedats typically but it was OUR money being wasted and I also have a job unlike welfare cucks so… (also if income tax is axed I would be saving like 20% of my paycheck, which is insane)

Because it's a bit awkward to admit that the church burnings were moot because there are no mass graves at residential schools but hidden in native lands.

The biggest problem Native Americans face is white guilt.

Why? Because the results are that white people unilaterally decided that any sort of image of Native Americans is racist, and it needs to be removed so we don’t have to see it and remember they exist. And if you don’t think that, then you have to prove it by saying Natives suck and they should all die, so we don’t have to remember they exist and feel bad about it

But Natives are just like “um, we think the redskins logo was cool. Not thrilled about the Cleveland Indians Indian, but like, ok. What we’d really like is for everyone to like, stop kidnapping our girls for sex slavery”

We just fucking expect them to hate us so hard, that we don’t even check. We’re like “well I mean, we didn’t mostly kill off black people, and black people hate us pretty bad, so it must be even worse with the natives”

It’s not. They’re cool.

Would also stimulate muh portfolio a bit too and endear him to a lot more democrat normies. He really has a chance to position himself here as fighting for the working class because the democrats sure haven't in the past decade, and if money starts going into the avearge taxpayers' pocket because of this DOGE shit - it's going to immdiately warm way more people up to the idea and hate the democrats that are opposing it. We're legitimately watching the soul of the parties switch in real time and its fascinating.

They have an incredible chance here to lean into the optics of this and fundamentally cripple the democratic party, they've already taken the bait of opposing DOGE and the auditing.

I’m open to being friendlier to Russia idk if they’re open to it because their boomers still hate us with a passion of a 1000 burning suns.
Unfortunately our boomers hate them with the passion of 1000 burning suns too. They can't forget the Cuban Missile Crisis, duck and cover drills, the Red Menace, Berlin Wall, Miracle, Red Dawn, and all that. In their minds, Russia is the enemy and always will be because their childhoods were full of anti-communist programming. It bogles my mind that we are allies with Japan and literally help them build the most advanced American multi-role fighter at the same factory that was building Zeros during World War II when their daddies and granddaddies were fighting these people tooth and nail for an inch of beach or jungle on some gook infested volcanic rock island but mending relations with Russia is an impossible feat that will not ever happen in their life times just because they say so. Don't even get me started on their love for our "Greatest Ally" Israel.

People saying the $5000 for every taxpayer should go to the debt is missing the point, it makes the money real

You can tell people "We saved $5000 worth for every taxpayer" but if the money doesn't hit your account, do you give a shit? Especially if it gets reinvested in the debt, so for the individual, everything goes on the same as if $0 were saved?

People have said before that if employers didn't withhold tax, but you got the full amount and then had to save it and write a huge check every year, that would make it real and the average person would demand to know how every cent of their tax dollars are being spent and be more outraged at waste, vs "I dunno, I got the same amount in the bank I always do and I hear on the news some money I never get did something or other that didn't hurt me either way, so whatever."

$5000 DOGE savings returned to every taxpayer would be the same in reverse. Everyone who gets the $5000 and spends it on something they always wanted or needed but couldn't get will think "THIS is how much of my money the government was wasting? What the fuck were they wasting it on? I'll NEVER vote again for any politician that wants to go back to wasting MY $5000 every year!"

Then when they hear on the news some government program wasted a trillion dollars, they'll think "How much of MY money did that just waste? How many new computers/car payments/apartment deposits of MINE was that worth?"

Sure would be nice if those of us not leaning on public assistance could enjoy that hefty discount too. Then again not being lazy has never paid very well in this country (in my lifetime anyway).
