You know the whole point of a treasury is to have as much gold as possible in one place, right?

You also know that the point of auditing it is to find out if that's gold's still there or not, right?

This wouldn't be like being told you have cancer. This would be like being told that your arms, legs, and dick are going to rot off and if you thread a needle incredibly precisely in the middle of an earthquake you might have a chance of keeping your head.

The consequences would be catastrophic if the gold isn't actually there. That said, it doesn't actually matter if the gold is there. As long as the world believes it's there, it is, for all intents and purposes.

Perception is reality. There can't be a panic or currency collapse if everybody thinks everything is a-ok.

There's some bigger scheme to this, you don't just join a creative talent agency that's part of Hollywood for no reason.
