Holy fucking shit, Destiny is COOKED.
This isn’t just some internet drama lawsuit the molested worm dick is trying to spin it as, this is a full-scale legal apocalypse. He’s being hit with federal charges under the Intimate Image Protection Act, state charges for sexual cyberharassment, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. This is about as bad as it gets without an outright criminal indictment.
First of all multiple women are accusing him, it’s not just Pxie. Over fifteen women have come forward, some confirming that Destiny shared their explicit images without consent. Like stated time and time again, the faggot doesn’t change, he only doubles down.
He’s already admitted to sharing material non consensually in writing, the molested bro literally confessed in private messages that he shared the videos. Then he went public and tried to say it was a hack or some bullshit. He is caught in 4K.
The retard has been DESTROYING EVIDENCE, this idiot actively deleted messages while under legal threat, which is textbook obstruction. That alone could add massive punitive damages or even a criminal charge for tampering.
He’s been caught trying to retaliate against victims. Wormdick tried to smear Pxie, leaked DMs, mocked her suicidal distress, and spread misinformation about her lawsuit. This makes him look even worse in court.
The punitive damages of 1M now 15M. He’s fucked. If this goes to trial, a jury is going to roast his ass. And the payout will be glorious.
