I'm purposefully in debt to grind my credit rating so I can buy a house if I decide to move back to the US. It is less than 1k and I can pay it off right now if I feel like it.

I had to get a new engine for my car. The car is paid off, the brand new engine has less then thirty thousand miles on it since I had it built and installed.
