Probably some environmentalist thing. I also think that last one isn't supposed to be a womb, just an attempt to make a T out of flowers.

I dunno, every other "doll" on twitter or reddit seems to have this tattoo or something like it just over their junk. It gives them gender euphoria and affirms their status as a real woman 🙄

The large central flour is the uterus, the smaller ones on the sides are ovaries and the lower vines/flower the birth canal & vagina.

The American flag is upside down, symbolizing his hate for America and also that the nation is in distress/under attack. Because his candidate lost the election.

An un-altered right-side-up American flag is a hate symbol no different than the nazi flag.
