Even if she DID do this, would it make what Tiny did any better? Every single DGG talking point is something like this. It doesn't make Tiny look any better, it's just supposed to smear and discredit the people he hurt. It's never "Destiny is a nice guy woman respecter, he'd never do that!" it's always "well Pxie is a whore and she also sent videos without consent!", none of which are true. (The Pxie smearing is particularly disgusting because she's the most vocal victim.) They're already grasping at straws to defend him and the lawsuit hasn't even gone to discovery yet.

Destiny had implied consent. (Pxie shared videos of her and her BF with Destiny, therefore Destiny believed he had implied consent to share her video)

The context of this conversation is Pxie wondering why Mr.Girl and Lav would say that Destiny and Pxie were involved sexually.

Pxie tells destiny, "No one knows either on my end except her ex bf (This is in reference to her and Destiny having sexual relations.)". If Destiny knew he had already sent out the video to other people and thought he had implied consent to do so, would this not be a good time to tell her that other people know because he sent them the video?

In a lot of states that's one of those torts that sounds really good but then when you dig deep into the caselaw the courts have paired back what is meant by the "intentional conduct designed to shock the conscious" element to the point that the defendant basically has to shoot your wife in front of you or something.
