Do we know of "Shannon Howe" and the restraining order that Greer supposedly tried to get on him?

But, no, the case seemed to have grinded to a halt when it was transferred over to the district court on 11/06/2023 (technically a few days later there was an entry informing that some documents were non-conforming, but it didn't progress further)

But, I did find some goodies in my research. Russ wanted three restraining orders, one against a woman named Lauren Costa, one against a man named Shannon Howe, and one against an unnamed man. The court refused to grant any restraining orders.

On 2-20-25, a deranged person using the name, “you stupid n*****” Sent Greer an abusive message. This is obviously coming from Mr. Moon’s site because they mention Matthew Hardin.

Kiwi Farms users are the only people in the world who know who Hardin is. Also:

I'm unsure if we'll know if Hardin was able to get a copy since Moon was a party, but then again he shouldn't have to since it's not his responsibility.

A fundamental issue that keeps coming up is that this isn't actually a copyright lawsuit. The judge has told Greer multiple times that he doesn't give a shit about these other causes. But Greer is too fucking retarded to understand that the Judge doesn't give a shit.

Presumably Hardin can and will file a response to the idiot's motion(s) (thereby racking up more attorney's fees, I hope). But what about that idiotic "notice of emails that I cannot prove are coming from Kiwi Farms"? It is not filed as a motion, but does include a request for the court to show cause. Can/should Hardin file a response to that, or does he need to wait for the judge to ask for such a response?

Also, we still don't have a new plightfiling about the most recent request for sanctions, but we must assume one is forthcoming. Maybe even today. Fingers crossed!

Oh and just for funsies, we have these assumptions again. Since it worked last time in his plea to get the case re-transferred, I suppose it'll work again this time, sigh.
