Samantha goes live at (approx.) 4PM ET to discuss the EPO hearing (thread discussion begins here: post)
Timestamps, Annotations:
1:01:54-1:02:11
Samantha claims she “had no intentions of going” to the EPO hearing, “because really, truly, who… can take a whole day, you know, for something like this?”
That is, her July 22 call to the Connersville courthouse to get the time for the hearing was “not serious,” even though she apparently asked the chat, “You guys want to go?”
1:02:18-1:02:57
She cites three reasons for changing her mind:
(1) That “maybe it really got to [her]…. a child’s, uh, traumatic abuse being used for internet fodder”
(2) That Samantha would be “damned if [she’s] gonna let Clara… come on the internet” following the hearing to “tell them damn lies
(3) That one ought not have to wait for Owl to get the transcripts, “as [she] likes to do.”
1:03:06-1:03:24
Samantha repeats that had she not attended the hearing, Clara “would have come out with all kinds of lies,” maybe even “that [the EPO] was granted… to try to, uh, place, uh, Matthew in hear; you know, intimidate him…”.
1:00:14-1:00:32
1:00:49-1:01:07
For the hearing, Samantha wore “blue jeans and a nondescript… heather gray t-shirt,” as she “didn’t want to be noticed… didn’t want to stand out.”
She did, however, “for a moment consider wearing… [her] I Survived the Kirley Family Intervention 2024 #KirleyStrong t-shirt” and expresses regret at not having done so.
1:03:28-1:03:35
Samantha states that the hearing “was at 2 o’clock” and that she enters the building “at, like, 10 till 2.”

(link)
48:16-49:11
49:24-49:47
50:00-50:17
50:24-50:32
While in the court parking lot, Samantha sees Clara’s “beat to hell-and-back older model Hyundai Elantra with Washington DC plates.”
She expresses puzzlement that Clara has not transferred her plates, given that she has “been a resident of [Samantha’s] great… home state of Indiana for well over a year now.”
She notes that the vehicle “has some serious damage… the front end, the whole passenger side” and wonders why Clara has not arranged for repairs.
Furthermore, she is concerned whether Clara “has full coverage insurance… as is required.”
She also wonders why Clara did not take “her new Hyundai Elantra,” opting instead for “the hand-me-down Hyundai.”
1:03:58-1:01:04:37
Samantha concedes she “was a little nervous” entering the courtroom and asked someone to let her know whether the session had begun, which it had not.
Why would the session begin 10 minutes early?
She then claims that “they played some video at the beginning for court… [a] 20-minute long video” and that “Clara is in the courtroom the whole time,” having arrived “super early” and had been “in the courtroom probably a good 40 minutes” prior to Samantha’s entering the courtroom.
So, Samantha enters the building 10 minutes before the session starts, and she claims that Clara has been sitting in the courtroom for roughly 40 minutes.
How long was Samantha in the area to know this?
1:04:41-1:05:49
Samantha describes the layout of the courtroom. She states that Clara “is sitting in the front row” (for 40 minutes apparently) and that she takes a seat “in the back row on the opposite side of her… as far away from her as [she] could possibly be.”
She states that it took Clara “a good 20 minutes minimum” to take “any sort of inventory as to her surroundings.”
Samantha claims she “wasn’t looking at her” but “was looking straight ahead,” as her “intent in being there was in no way to intimidate, threaten, harass — anything of that nature.”

(credit: History in Your Own Backyard | link)
1:05:59-1:06:36
1:06:43-1:06:48
Despite not looking at Clara — at least, not initially — Samantha observes Clara “wearing an emerald green rayon knockoff Versace… and like, um, gold, of course” and that Clara “had a gold metallic…. very professional take-me-seriously bag” for her “very important documents.”
Samantha concedes she does not know whether Clara “had a bra on,” as she “did not see her from the front.”
In addition, Clara is wearing “black slacks and the Jesus sandals.”
Despite not looking at Clara, Samantha makes claims elsewhere in the stream about Clara’s toenail polish.
1:06:59-1:07:15
Samantha subsequently claims that she “tried not to look at” Clara, because she did not want to “appear or come across” being at the hearing “for any reason other than to observe and note the proceedings.”
1:07:29-1:08:21
1:08:38-1:08:45
While “the judge is talking to one of the inmates,” Clara notices Samantha and begins staring at her.
When Samantha returns Clara “leans in, leans towards” her and asks her, “What are you doing here?”
As she is “a fucking riot,” Samantha replied by shushing Clara, then “turned [her] attention back to the front of the courtroom.”
Samantha expresses curiosity as to “how the court reporter [will] transcribe” the exchange “for old Colbee ‘Fowl Owl’ Hernandez.”
8:50-9:20
47:28-47:47
23:54-24:13
Samantha admits she consulted with “legal” to ensure she “wasn’t doing nothing wrong” and states that she made no recording of the hearing.
Following their confrontation, Samantha observes Clara “tap-tap-tapping on her phone” and believes “she was texting Ronald — Ronaldo.”
Samantha claims she “was expecting old Ronaldo to show up any minute.”
Ron did not, however, “show his cocksucker… at the courthouse.”
That is, he “did not accompany his woman to court… to protect her against, uh, the fat lesbian or the fellow that resides in Arizona.”
1:10:03-1:11:05
37:59-38:27
Prior to Clara’s session beginning, the judge discusses with the clerk whether Tragic “had been served.” While Samantha concedes “there was quite a bit of the conversation [she] couldn’t hear,” she is resolute that “the word not served was said.”
After Clara explains hiring “a private process server… as… instructed,” the matter was settled.
Samantha does encourage Tragic, though, to “find out who that process server was,” as that individual “should not be licensed.”
When attorney Lisa Manning in chat reminds Samantha that the server can leave the paperwork at the respondent’s door, Samantha muses, “Well, I guess, who’s to say it’s the right door? Tragic maintains that was not his door.”
16:55-17:04
1:11:36-1:11:55
17:28-17:45
After settling the matter of service, Clara points out Samantha in court and claims Samantha “has played recordings of other court hearings online,” that Samantha has been harassing her, and even that Samantha’s “wife called [Clara’s] boyfriend’s son a retard.”
When asked whether Clara has filed for an EPO against Samantha, Clara apparently says, “No, but I think it’s about time.”
The judge tells Clara that he “will not be addressing that.”
The judge does, however, warns Samantha about making illicit courtroom recordings, to which Samantha replies, “Your honor, I’m observing and taking notes,” then “tapped [her] phone.”
Presumably to indicate she is using her phone only to take notes.
16:18-16:48
Samantha clams that “about halfway through the hearing,” the judge “reamed [her] ass,” while she “was taking notes on [her] phone.”
The judge admonishes Samantha, “You cannot be on your phone in a courtroom,” which annoys Samantha, as she’s “been on her phone the whole time” and that Clara has been using her phone.
Still, Samantha “didn’t say shit, right?” Instead she “literally just closed [her] phone and sat it on the chair next to [her].”
This would suggest that the judge changed his mind, given that earlier in the proceeding she apparently indicated to the judge that she was using her phone to take notes.
13:54-14:26
Again, the judge did not seriously consider Clara’s complaints (“not one rat’s ass”) regarding “the fat lesbian in the back of the courtroom taking notes on the hearing,” despite repeated efforts by Clara to continue “bringing it back around to” Samantha.
14:30-15:14
15:22-15:27
Samantha admits she doesn’t “know, like, all three” complaints Clara included in her EPO petition. Still, Samantha is happy to share what she “thinks” Clara “had on there”:
(1) The swatting (“of course”)
(2) Tragic’s “threat” to attend the opening of The Attic
(3) Threats made between Ron and Tragic, which “the judge is, like, um, that has nothing to do with” Clara
The judge “literally… wiped his ass with” Clara’s last complaint.
It's interesting how many times Samantha claims to not be able to hear a statement or how she was not paying attention, yet powers through with what she believes was stated.
1:12:11-1:12:54
1:13:28-1:15:07
Samantha claims the judge became frustrated with Clara when Clara is attempting to explain swatting — “the strongest thing that she has on her ticket” — to him, “like he’s 5.”
Samantha giggles, “He is not in the mood for your shenanigans today, ma’am.”
Samantha then claims the judge interrupts Clara, “What do you want to come of this… what do you think you’re gonna do here in my courtroom… do you think you’re gonna, uh, swear out an EPO on that woman” and points at Samantha, or if Clara is “taking out an EPO on some man in another state; like, what do you want me to do?”
Samantha she doesn’t “remember exactly what was said” and encourages owl to order transcripts from the proceedings.
Samantha states again that the judge “reamed [her] ass” for being on her phone. She says in response she apologized to the court, then says, “I didn’t even say I apologize. I didn’t say anything…. He asked me, ‘Uh, don’t you know that you can’t have a phone in the courtroom?’ and I said ‘No…. I’m observing and taking notes’ -- that’s all I said but… you know, nicely.”
So, the judge was (1) fine (initially anyway) with Samantha using her phone; (2) admonished her, to which Samantha said nothing and put aside her phone; (3) admonished her, to which Samantha apologized and put aside her phone; (4) admonished her, to which Samantha did not apologize but put aside her phone.
1:15:24-1:16:26
Samantha claims the judge repeatedly denied Clara’s request for an EPO, which led to Clara “talking too much… saying too much,” including mentioning Tragic’s purported interference in a separate case involving Clara.
According to Samantha, the judge tells Clara, “I know there’s more to this story than what you’re presenting… but I don’t have time to find out… today…. I have important cases… on my calendar.”
Samantha seems to interpret this as the judge believing Clara involved in “fuckshit.” An alternative reading is that the judge is not unsympathetic but cannot grant Clara’s request, given the limited evidence.
1:17:56-1:18:55
Samantha confuses Tragic with Ron but recalls additional statements to the court, that Tragic was involved in a “cyber attack” against her and that he posted for sale Ron’s dog and Ron’s car.
21:50-22:01
Following the dismissal, Samantha claims the judge asked her to remain in the courtroom for 10 minutes after Clara leaves.
3:03-3:47
4:44-4:58
Samantha eventually leaves the courtroom and moseys over to Wendy’s. She then seeks a secure location, for fear of being “stalked or, uh, threatened” and receives a text message from “legal.”

Samantha struggles with how to “get out of fucking bumfuck Connorsville.”
Samantha displays her Biggie Bag and the half-consumed handle of ginger ale she brought, as she “was, uh, not feeling well.”
5:14-5:24
5:48-6;00
A chat member asserts that Clara/DCMG claimed Samantha is not “allowed in Connersville” (by edict, not less).
Samantha fails to recognize the word edict but assures the chat she is “certainly allowed in Connersville.
To a chat member, Samantha says one cannot be trespassed from a town.
7:01-7:04
13:01-13:10
13:19-13:25
25:12-25:32
Samantha worries about the audio quality while negotiating space for her Biggie Bag.
Samantha tells the chat she declined to have Taco Bell for her meal, due to previous poor experiences with the Connersville Taco Bell. Furthermore, that would force her “in the direction of [Ron and Clara’s] house,” and she “ain’t having that woman say [Samantha] stalked her ass.”
Hence, Wendy’s, and “Biggie Bags for everyone.”
Samantha says she didn’t eat prior to court because she “didn’t want to be fat or sick, you know?”
She intends to “unbutton her pants for the drive home.”
25:55-26:10
Samantha believes that Clara has gone home to file an EPO request against her for attending the hearing.
28:04-28:30
29:52-30:02
32:23-32:29
33:47-33:51
35:51-36:11
36:30-36:34
38:35-38:38
39:00-39:23
Then follows a tour of Connersville, which seems to consist of Samantha driving in a circle, until she decides to leave town.
Samantha shows the courthouse and briefly worries seeing Clara’s Hyundai. Samantha affirms, “Don’t worry, guys. I’m maintaining my safety…. I’m staying aware of my surroundings.”
Next, the “piece of shit” Remedial Building, former site of The Attic.

Samantha sings a line from a vintage Ron tune: “You build me up/ You tear me down.”
She denies a chat request to drive by the current location for The Attic.
While parked on a residential street, Samantha worries about a “weirdo approaching [her] car,” apparently taking garbage to curb on pickup day.
While approaching Connection Cafe, Samantha expresses confusion as to where she is; which is weird as Connection Cafe is on the same block as the Remedial Building.
Samantha bids goodbye to Connersville: “You ain’t gonna see me again.”
Driving past Connersville High School, Samantha gloats that Ron will not be able to claim Samantha drove by his son’s school, as “Little Negz” is homeschooled and in 8th grade.
44:24-44:28
44:41-44:47
Samantha says, “I feel like I’m being followed for sure…. Don’t worry, guys. Don’t worry, I’m safe.”
50:34-50:50
Returning to Clara’s EPO against her, which she believes Clara went home to “hammer out,” Samantha “triple-dog-dares” her to do so.
53:17-53:54
54:32-54:56
Samantha claims that Clara intended to go home following the hearing to stream while “still wearing her fancy knockoff Versace” and “tell everybody that Samantha showed up at court and… blew it for Tragic.”
Hence, Samantha’s stream, though this potentially conflicts with the claim that Samantha was doing this in retaliation for discussion of the Jessie Harris case or the idea that Clara in fact went home to “fire up” an EPO re quest against Samantha.
Obviously, Clara is a multitasker.
Samantha then extends thank to “Alia… Belinda… [and] Cliffy” for their “hard work… to get a Tragic served…. Time well spent”; then characterizes them as “fucking freaks. All of them, freaks.”

Follow-up:
That evening, Ron and Clara stream together to discuss the EPO hearing and Samantha (post, with link)
The Bodega likewise go live to discuss (post).
August 3
Samantha privates the stream during a Belinda reaction (post).
That week, Ron reacts to Samantha’s stream (Rabid Dog Stalks My Girlfriend).
By August 7, Clara has privacy struck Samantha’s stream, which remains in effect (post).
I'm planning to continue the Ron/Samantha flareup, following the claims laid out in a letter purportedly written by authorities in Floyd County (post). This would mean Samantha's August 7 response stream (Ronaldo P | Internet Tough Guy) wherein she responds to Ron and Clara's thoughts on the EPO hearing.
