He's not even awake. His brain is actively shutting down, what's going on with him is that his body is doing agonal breathing. His brain isn't getting enough oxygen because he shot a hole in his head and blood is spilling out of it, thus a lack of oxygenated blood is getting to the brain and the body when in a state of unconsciousness or being close to death will continue to perform agonal breathing, desperately trying to oxygenate the blood in his body so that the blood still inside of the body can bring oxygen back into the brain once it gets there.
The chance that this guy was even conscious after he just shot himself in the temporal lobe with what looks and sounds like a .22 is up for debate, given the agonal breathing I highly doubt that he was even conscious through a majority of the video. Maybe for a few seconds after he shot himself but usually people who are shot in the head, regardless of the calibre of the bullet tend to go unconscious, specifically due to rapid blood loss and direct trauma to the brain.
People get knocked out from far less severe wounds, from bumping their head against the floor or a wall when swimming, being thrown around during martial arts, being punched in the face while boxing.

This isn't a "I HAVE NO MOUTH AND I MUST SCREAM!!" situation, this dude shot himself in the head like a retard and his body is on autopilot until he bleeds to death or the brain shuts down entirely due to anoxia. Yes the sounds are absolutely awful, but he likely felt absolutely nothing outside of the initial few seconds after he shot himself. Though he could've been laying there for quite a while. Traumatic brain injuries from gunshot wounds have an extremely low survival rate (for obvious reasons) and the chance that someone is awake and not unconscious after being shot in the head is even more uncommon. The human brain is an extremely fragile organ, this is why even a concussion can be deadly. Even a bump to the head that could seem insignificant could cause swelling or bleeding, resulting in increased intracranial pressure and a whole number of symptoms.

Anyway there's my autistic medical rant, TLDR: He's not in agony. His body is in autopilot and is performing agonal breathing.

And you know this guy isn't the only one who has either lost all of his money or gone so into debt that he has fucked his life or not the only one to have ended his life over this shit.

The problem is probably that people like this have been at it for months and are fully gambling addicts much like BossmanJack. So yeah therapy would probably help but this is truly beyond the level of "problematic gambling" because there isn't even a card dealer or bouncer on the casino floor that can see this guy crying the first time he loses it all and is like "yeah we're kicking this guy out straight away"

To be clear the video appears like it was streamed on twitter with multiple people calling for twitter to delete the video and other shit. The fact that there was a memecoin is just a part of it. The tweet in question has 1.4m views.

I haven't seen anyone really doubting it happened or providing evidence otherwise and the text descriptions of the video in this thread alone are pretty damning. More than that people have been passing around messages showing the guy was basically completely broke after losing it all on a "ye" memecoin.

And for whatever it is worth the memecoin(s) that have been created off of this I don't think even belong to the guy who shot himself - they're created by random people.

And also just to point out if you buy/sell stuff like this you will have mortal debt. There's a more eloquent way to put that but I saw someone wrote a tweet about it when stuff on pump.fun was going nuts a few months ago.

To say therapy has never helped anyone is retarded. Not a popular opinion on the Farms, I know. My point is that literally any option other than killing himself would have been better than this. Whether it’s therapy, rehab, or a psychiatric stay

someone close to me shot himself too. I couldn’t bring myself to look at him in his casket after they told me the bullet hole was still visible “but just barely” had he worked with someone to help address his trauma I believe he’d still be here today.
