2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Hamas has acknowledged the mix up with Shiri Bibas, and have now handed her body over ( a ) to the Red Cross.

Israel should refuse to hand over the unidentified body they received until all of the remaining hostages—alive and dead—have been returned; let the Gazans have a taste of their own medicine for once.

This thread from late November 2023 seems to have gotten it exactly right:

There are reports that Israel has had credible intel for a while now that the family had been killed by manual strangulation, and their bodies mutilated with rocks to make it appear as though they had died in an airstrike. With the (presumed) return of Shiri, there will hopefully be some definitive proof soon.
Wasn’t there protests in Israel that Bibi wasn’t doing enough to free the hostages?

If it comes out that Israel was sitting on the info that the Bibas family was dead (and probably some of the first hostages killed) for over a year, then I don’t know how Bibi survived Israeli politics after this.

If this isn't an uncrossable line, what is?
I do not think there can ever be a state of peace between the nation/state/country that did this and Israel, until this is forgotten (high decades, or more).
I am frustrated by the standard applied to Israel here, even by its own citizens. If the USA was victim of such atrocities all the perpetrators would be dead or imprisoned 10 times over by now. Even in Europe I think this is bad enough to stir them to act, much less some place like China.
This is the result of keeping the gloves on. How many more times can 'peace' be forced after such awful things?

I mean it's good yo remember that seven shades of fuck all Palestinians actually want a 2 state solution. It's a fantasy cooked up by western bleeding hearts

Palestinians want one state where the tolerannt palestinians just want Jews as an oppressed minority and the rest just simply want them wiped out.
The settler issue throws this into stark relief for me. Realistically, the Palestinians should be pushing for settlers to have to become Palestinian citizens (or at least permanent residents or some equivalent) and to have to pay taxes to the Palestinian government and follow Palestinian laws and that the ones who cause problems will have leave. The settlers have a lot of wealth (relatively speaking) and removing them is going to be difficult, so this would be easier and more profitable than the alternative.

The fact that the most "moderate" factions of Palestinians still hold the complete ethnic cleansing of Jews from the West Bank as a non-negotiable position is something that western progressives should be appalled by. But no, these so-called progressives will unironically say that the settlers are the sticking point and that no settlement can ever be reached until every single Jew has been removed.

Something sort of similar (much smaller scale and brutality, especially relative to the population of China) did happen in China. While the Chinese government did decide to play down the racial element, they have been responding for the last decade with Uighur concentration camps. Personally, for all my antipathy to the CCP, I think it's justified. There are certainly places where the system can be improved, but fundamentally the Uighur deserve it and their national identity is just as fake as the Palestinians.

The riots were yet another case of the western media really fucking up in the name of siding with the poor oppressed Muslims. Ironically, they completely ignored the actual, unjustified violence against Muslims in China... by the Tibetans, instead presenting that as a noble act by pretending that the victims were Han and not Hui (who are Muslim).

3. If Israel does anything but negotiate for a release on what I assume is their terms, they can go to the press and NGOs and the UN and paint themselves as the victims while their atrocities and rule breaking goes ignored. They really know the PR game.
Never forget who taught them this PR game. The same people who have spent decades maintaining the idea of a two-state solution were the same people who taught them how to play innocent to the world at large. Carter himself trained Arafat on how to sound sensible to the press while calling for violence and killing from his fellow terrorists.

America would certainly have no problem reacting like that, and China's response would be the stuff of legends. On the other hand, I honestly think the countries of Europe are far too emasculated and docile to do anything, besides maybe arresting anyone for grieving too loudly.

I really want to be :optimistic: about this leading to TPD, but realistically I think it'll end up in the same way as all the other Israel-Hamas shitflinging has ended. Negotiations here and there, exchange of hostages and prisoners, and then we're back to the status quo. It'll be relatively calm for the next year or two before the palis launch another attack that the Israelis never saw coming because they got complacent.

Also remember who pushes the "dancing Israelis" or "Israel did 9/11" it's not white people it's Arabs and Muslims. Because to other arabs and muslims they can never do anything wrong and if they do something wrong it's because of Jewish or Western or American influence.
"Listen up you Islamophobic kuffir, it was your own government did 9/11, wait no actually it was the jews who did 9/11 you should hate them instead, anyways 9/11 was the will of Allah and you totally deserved 9/11 so don't slander the prophet or else we'll do another 9/11!!!"

why not just end this
Eurofags.
Eurofags love niggers and sand nigger, at the same time hate anything that looks white and they see Israelis as white.

And by Eurofags I'm talking about the tri-retards of Germany, France and the UK.
France and the UK is why everything is so fucked up in the middle east, and Germany just love the Jews as history have shown.

On top of that Eurofags hate the USA, and thanks to that they hate anyone that sides with the USA.
Way to you think Eurofags always sided with China and not Japan, even then Japan was better in anyway then China?
Japan was pro USA, and Eurofags see that as anti-them.

That just what I think from the things I know.

Quick note on the hostages, Hisham and Avera are both seriously mentally ill (Hisham has schizophrenia), and wandered into Gaza during separate mental health crises. They have been held for over 10 years, unclear whether they’ve had access to medication. There’s been drama around Avera since his family are Ethiopian Jews and extremely poor and there have been accusations of racism. Hisham was released without the whole vampire Netanyahu circus most likely because his condition is so poor he couldn’t even stand still on his own for a few minutes. They basically just put him on a road and told him to walk til you reach the IDF.

So Hamas terrorists have the capacity to keep severely mentally ill people alive for a decade, but can't go a month without brutally murdering a baby and toddler who, if kept in their mother's care, are arguably way less needy.

Or, y'know, left in their house in their kibbutz with their mother and father and not taken into a war-zone.

"Ad hominem" is a Latin phrase that means "to the person" or "against the man". It's a type of informal logical fallacy that involves attacking someone's character instead of their argument. It's also known as the personal attack fallacy or name-calling.

everyone knows that but no one can see you so we want to know what is specifically fucked up about your hair

fun fact! ad hominem means against the person, not against the man! against the man would be ad virum

Can you please take your semester of high school Latin elsewhere, along with your retardation?

It's been confirmed that the second body sent to Israel was indeed that of Shiri Bibas ( a ), and that she too was murdered in captivity.

During one of today's release ceremonies, Hamas brought along two additional hostages (not slated for release in Phase I), and forced them to watch and beg on camera for their release:

( x ; a )

Due to repeated violations of the terms of the ceasefire (including the ceremonies, which Hamas inadvertently admitted were disrespectful through their decision to release Hisham al-Sayed privately), Israel decided NOT to release the Palestinian prisoners slated for release today, and will only release them once the release of further Israeli hostages are secured:

Netanyahu: Israel delays prisoners’ release until Hamas agrees to free more hostages ( a )
"It has been decided to delay the release of the terrorists planned for yesterday until the release of the next hostages is ensured," the PMO announced.

Israel will postpone the release of Palestinian prisoners until further Israeli hostage releases are secured, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) announced on Saturday night.

The PMO cited Hamas's repeated violations of the ceasefire-hostage deal as the reason for the postponement.

The release of Palestinian prisoners is expected to take place when the next round of hostages are released.

Hamas' hostage release 'ceremonies'
"Due to Hamas’ repeated violations—including ceremonies that disgrace our hostages' dignity and the cynical use of hostages for propaganda purposes—it has been decided to delay the release of the terrorists planned for yesterday until the release of the next hostages is ensured, without the degrading ceremonies," the PMO said.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made the decision regarding the release during a Saturday night consultation meeting.

The reports of the expected release come after a delay in the prisoner exchange due to Hamas initially failing to return the body of Israeli hostage Shiri Bibas on Friday.

Bonus lol:

Pro-Palis are literally some of the dumbest motherfuckers on the planet:
