If some actual intellectual discussions or potential cows are discussed, I may participate, but this thread seems disorganized ATM. The US is NOT going to become North Korea for prosecuting Lolicon. Lolicon is already illegal under obscenity laws. Unless it is on a format like the farms, where it is being actively critiqued and discussed and mocked, it is obscene and can be prosecuted. Obscenity laws have been on the books since the founding of the country. There is no "we", its under the discretion of the feds to prosecute when they are certain they have a fucking case. And the standard is fairly high. Lolicon however does not meet it much of the time.
