Doody and Suprcrzy have both admitted to troll tipping, and I'll bet there is more. if that's your idea of trolling then you're never gonna make it.

That's where the "gold dust meme" came from.

Secret Life Of DSP admitted he was tipping Phil to do or say certain things. For example, he either directly or payed someone else to tip Phil to have Kat kiss him on the cheek during the Kat reveal stream. Secret Life said other detractors were all too concerned with boring content and he was creating gold dust by goading Phil into doing stupid things.

On a related note, I'm also unsure why (and a bit disappointed that) no DSP wiki exists; again, detractors are already documenting and analyzing the pigroach, so I'm not sure why they dump all that information on these multi-hour long videos instead of just compiling it all at a central wiki.

Jokes aside, there's so much DSP lore that I wouldn't be surprised is most people don't want to bother. Then again we do have a detractorverse stock trading platform, so anything is technically possible.
Anyone can spin up a MediaWiki instance, so if you're up for the challenge there is nothing stopping you from doing it yourself.

I remember how Phil was adamant on calling it Twitter, and now he just accepts one of, if not, the stupidest rebranding in history, which I guess is just another example of Phil having no convictions. Sorry for the nitpicking/autism, as you guys would put it, I just find calling a website by a single letter incredibly retarded.

my schizo theory is that the detractorverse is per capita one of the most profitable lolcow orbits on the internet. i think most of them realize on a conscious or subconscious level that interfering too much would be a significant financial loss. Also I'm pretty sure their idea of trolling phil is to just give him money. Not that I encourage it, but it does get better results than actual trolling. Phil is in like some weird uncanny valley where basic trolling doesn't really work on him. But like a mean comment just makes him shit himself

I don't think he really has any idea who Phil is so he's doing what any normal person would do when it comes to interacting with a stranger; treating him with respect and not trying to purposefully start shit. Phil being his usual self is going to find a way to shoot himself in the foot and piss him off real quick.

Not really guaranteed. You have to craft the right comment and have him read it in the right timing and the right atmosphere/mood to really produce gold dust with a paid comment. In a way it's like playing the DSP gacha. Sometimes you get unlucky (he just LIMBs the superchat, says "I got a troll tip haha what a moron"), sometimes you get a decent pull, sometimes you get the ultra-rare gold dust.

Which means just like actual mobile game gacha you shouldn't do it. Leave that to the whales who can afford to play it like the detractors who mahnetize Phil.

It depends on what mood Phil is in. You have to wait until Phil is in his manic rushes usually due to being given money, then he gets full of himself and rants openly.

However, as is often said, Phil is at his funniest when he's not getting money. It's a double-edged sword, but it's best to never pozload my neghole. But, the Internet is full of people that need to be "part of the show" and get their own attention fixes.
