I would disagree. What started my digging was Joshua Roberts sperging on the Turkey Tom doc saying that she wasn't a minor and that he sent the FOIA document that I just found to Smokey and Kiwi last year.
Originally, sure they didn't know. But this report has been out for nearly a year so if they did have it, which I have no reason to doubt as I found it in archives from fucking reddit for gods sake, then why continue pushing a false narrative for nearly a year? That does nothing but shit up the investigation and give Earl a W. This strikes me as more malicious than sloppy, especially with the shit I have seen thrown at them in the Kiwitubers thread that isn't connected to Earl at all. It is clear he was one of their cash cows so I feel like this bit was integral to their grift because otherwise they would have to focus on Laugh Tale which they flat out refuse to touch even though it is far more damning when it comes to Earl's actions and general character. Hell, Laugh Tale had a 12 year old in it which even if he was only talking to them is incredibly alarming but when you know what was discussed it's foul.

Seeing as everytime I have said this in a comment in one of Smokey or Kiwi's videos and the fact that they deleted the comment that same day I would say there is definitely something malicious underneath the surface. Maybe not originally but certainly now otherwise why sweep under the comments underneath other comments? That's incredibly desperate. I'll have to make a brand new account under a VPN and do it next time I have a day off and timestamp shit to prove my point but they are sweeping big time. Same with if you mention them paying for the Jupiter interview, despite Turkey Tom outing them there. Well the biggest one is the burying of the stuff regarding Vaga, Zippity, Cow Wrangler, Mech Warrior, etc. being sickos. That's pretty damning stuff that they still refuse to touch to this day and will delete any comments mentioning it, always have and probably always will.

After that comes some newer evidence posted in the Kiwitubers thread from Joshua Roberts, he claims that some texts that I originally thought came from Earl were actually from Smokey and the phone number used, which was a burner, was only used to report SmokeyMcC's newest WhiteBowser video. If that's true that means that not only did Smokey gayops as Earl but he actively made threats and caused police to be called out for a welfare check on Earl. JR has also claimed that Smokey and Kiwi had asked him to false flag their videos on Earl to create drama to create views but I haven't seen any proof of this but judging by his last sperg out where he shot his own credibility, the thing about the victim's age, I lean on the side of him being reliable now as that turned out to be completely true so I don't see why he would further damage his credibility on this again if this also wasn't true despite his past sperging but if there is evidence that would probably be the final nail in the coffin.

Finally, and most unlikely, they seem to have sent former Chris Chan troll Spooky a threatening package to a new address that has apparently not been doxxed yet telling him to get a job and calling him a charity case. Most Kiwis seem to think this was an orbiter or fan though but it still displays an attack dog mentality among their little clique.

I have made sure to time stamp the creation of my account to prove this one isn't auto-blocked, the comment posting time, the comment from another count showing it DID successfully post and didn't need approval. I will also time stamp when it gets nuked. Sure, they can claim I deleted it but I will try to repost it again and again to make a point. You don't need to use silly AI things. Check birth records with a matching father's name then check the Father's date of birth. If you know where to search it will take a few minutes. Then onto facebook and other social media to see if you can find someone matching and usernames from there. If you have 2 family members you and they have social media you should have the full dox with some digging. Even if the father isn't on social media related family will be and they will talk about Brendan's new baby.

Yeah I know ultimately this is all supposed to come out as one block instead of incremental like the grifters so it sucks I can't dump what I am talking about at the moment and have to say, "lol take my word for it" which is incredibly gay but unfortunately when retards fuck shit up as badly as what it sounds like this has been fucked up it's a necessary precaution. He was hinting that someone even got Kiwi's full info but was waiting to confirm it before they release it, hopefully they drop that before the end of the whole video thing though as that's much bigger than Earl.
