She gave that update a week and a half? ago that she was consulting with attorneys and examining her options. This is nothing new. You can file a police report even if you don't intend to press charges. The police would have to investigate the claims of your police report before they bring you any options. It feels like an eternity but if she filed that was only a month ago. It is not an urgent sex crime to investigate and sex crimes are notoriously slow to be investigated. With shake-ups in federal funding there could also be the case that sex crimes and cold cases get grants to go through their backlogs and that could have been interrupted.

She is also not a stable person but she's been the strongest and most clear headed up until now. Of course she is going to crumple and doubt throughout this process. This is not indicative of the status of what she's filed; that just seems to be who she is. There's all this pressure for her to come through because her charges are criminal in nature and yes, we are using her in the hopes that Destiny faces criminal consequences. Then there's the mining of her situation for content, well intentioned or not. Destiny's stance towards her is malicious versus desperate like he is for Pxie and people are already primed to hate Chaeiry. His foot soldiers easily bought into Pxie being a slut from just a few suggestive screenshots, they need even less to come for Chaeiry and the validity of her story.

So TL;DR: Chill, have faith, have reasonable doubt, but wait.

A very important detail that tiny doesn't realize through his stim addled brain is that if he had set the permission of the "publicly accessible" links (that he manually and deliberately set the to public permissions as the default is restricted on Google Drive) to restricted access then guess what? When Solo accessed those links to download the material he would have had to request permission from Destiny with one of his own Google accounts to view them, something that only an absolute mongoloid would grant.

If Solo hacked Rose's Discord account (unlikely, no evidence) he'd hit a wall if Destiny just kept the links to restricted access by default unless he also hacked her Google Drive account or Destiny was retarded enough to grant Solo's random Google account request access. If Rose granted him access to Discord and they were restricted, he'd also have to access to her Google Drive account if Tiny just kept the links to their default restricted access.

Another example of the utter lack of concern and negligence that the Goonclown was exercising with the distribution of this material (which facially the sharing of is already fucked), which leads me to further believe (including an earlier message post-leak where he said you're a retard if you defend something without explicit consent and his initial "apologetic" approach and admission of guilt early on) that his "implicit consent" stance is an utterly fabricated ad hoc cope defense.

But I think people innately find this totally at odds with his addition of the word "brutally", something so over-the-top that I doubt most victims would use that term to describe it, unless explicitly attempting to solicit sympathy. If you're getting into discourses that span multiple posts/pages on something beside the point of the thread you're doing it wrong. Just tell them "Kill yourself faggot" and move on. Being able to agree to disagree with others is a valuable life skill that people like Tiny lack which is why they burn bridges constantly and make so many enemies, because they have a pathological, insatiable need to be right.. Theres a book by a couple of old lesbians called The Ethical Slut and they go over some of these pitfalls in polyamory. Its meant to be a 'free love' situation, because each person has 'a lot' of love to give. They explicitly warn about having too obtuse a ruleset when engaging in 'slutdom', as its not in the spirit of free love.

Destiny bemoaned this exact thing when Melina did it to him. But this was likely due not to him being a truly free loving man, but more a sexually compulsive retard who got mad that he was being given guardrails.

If you add another person into the mix and you all consent, then its normal between all three of you.

Destiny didn’t throw “brutally molested” into some debate as a rhetorical nuke, he used it in his own self-description when he was trying to explain how he processes trauma. That makes it worse because it means it wasn’t just some throwaway debate tactic, it was how he wanted to frame his own experience when he was in a rare moment of self-reflection.

And yet, despite using that phrasing himself, he now acts like bringing it up is some bizarre, conspiratorial psychoanalysis from his haters. But why? He could have just said “I was molested.” Instead, he deliberately emphasized brutal. That’s not an accident. That means he wanted the weight of that word there. He wanted the severity of it to be clear.

So why does he recoil now when people repeat it? If that was his own framing, shouldn’t he stand by it? Or does it only serve a purpose when he’s the one using it?

This is exactly why people call it manipulative. He plays both sides. When he needs it for a post about how he’s different from other people and how he detaches from trauma? He emphasizes how severe it was. But when people use his own words against him, suddenly it’s “unfair, it’s insane, it’s deranged”. He doesn’t actually want to process what happened, he wants full control over how and when it gets acknowledged.

That’s why people here keep hammering it. He’s never actually dealt with it, and he only allows it to exist on his terms. And when it gets brought up outside of those terms? Suddenly, it’s a moral outrage.
