Now that you mention it, I remember hearing about some guy in India who raped his wife to death and got off scot-free. Between tiny's stance on implied consent, his past statements about everyone surviving rape, and his inability to put on any muscle after who knows how long of "gyming", I'm willing to bet that he's trying to garner a larger following in India.
