What's really messed up (heretical) about this from a true and honest Christian perspective is that it implies that God was a mere mortal man at one point which means he surely sinned at some point. This is fine if you do not believe in a holy God, but Yahweh (the God they claim to worship) is holy, he is the standard for holiness and goodness and righteousness. It also implies that the God that we know is not the creator of the universe as he is in Genesis. What Mormons have done to the Bible is disgusting.
