its very strange that Destiny would say these things when, as you stated, investigations are not public until the police wants to make them public. In the United States, revenge porn laws predominately apply to distribution by individuals, not to websites hosting. The only state that has an actual law that contains provisions against hosting is New York (civilly, not criminally) which entails (from

In regards to hosting federally, according to Destiny's favorite site "Communications platforms, including websites, would be liable if they solicited such material or if they deal predominantly in revenge porn" which neither apply here. However, if you follow the citation for that quote, the cited source further cites the bill related to the original quote which has only been introduced, not passed, and thus is irrelevant thus making the original Wikipedia quote worthless for actual legality. There might be some other federal statute(s) but I've been unable to find them. All the amendments to the federal Violence Against Women reauthorized appear to only be concerning distribution from individuals.

Thus, it appears the statement the Goonclown is making regarding "breaking laws by hosting revenge porn and knowingly doing it" is worthless as no laws are actually being broken.

It's funny because the logic aspect of the LSAT is extremely basic formal logic. Virtually every question just involves interpreting an if-then statement. Most test-takers struggle with the time constraints, not the intellectual difficulty. Ragequitting an untimed practice test one (relatively easy) question deep says a lot about his intelligence.
