It is possible for an organization to be simultaneously understaffed and bloated, if HR priorities are mis-aimed you can have a bloated middle management caste while being short on frontline staff. It is very common in IT outsource providers, where you'll have a dozen managers who do nothing all day and an understaffed team doing the work of three men each.

Because the DNC base and part of the DNC donor class is doubling down on the "trans the kids", "infinity immigrants" and "ban the 1st Amendment" policies while calling everyone they don't like a "nazi".

The DNC leadership is doubling down on how AKYCHUALLY the economy was GREAT under Biden and burying their heads in the sand that they have any issues within their party and the issue MUST be that the stupid citizens voted wrong.

The DNC donor class wants to advance their own interests, whether that be against Trump in the present or the Republicans/MAGA party of 4-12 years from now. The donor class wants to see a plan, they want to see a strategy, they want to see something that shows their investment will be worthwhile and actually does something to advance the policies they want.
