For me. It is two artists
"Three Days Grace"
"Seether".

If i ever hear any songs by these bands again, i am gonna die.
There are old school emo alternative rock music that i can sorta see why i liked. "Breaking Benjamin Lights Out" i think is still kinda ok (I mean not gold or anything, but its alright)

But once i heard that song "PAIN" by Three Days Grace. I just had to turn it off.

Bullet for my Valentine, Placebo, Skrillex, Otep, Mindless Self-Indulgence, 12 Stones (was it?)... "Time of Dying" is alright. Heard it in a Death Note AMV in around 2010.

I'm opening myself up to a LOT of ridicule here, but Mariah Carey. I might have just been a thirsty teenager lusting after a 20 something woman or some hopeless romantic high on his own naivete. I might have just been a contrarian because I wasn't going to give in to ridicule. I can not explain it, but it was what it was.

I can't listen to a lot of the hip hop albums I liked when I was younger, I can't stand how much bragging there is. I think I only listened to the beats and thought of the vocals as an instrument. But now that I'm older I find it much harder to do that and now hip hop has almost become completely unlistenable.

unironically i would say death grips. i was big into them when the meme became popular, but now i cant stand their music.

at one time i tried to get into some old school hip hop/rap, and at firs ti thought it was okay, but that didnt last long before i realized that it is all trash just like newer rap is. there is no golden era of good rap.

Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews Band, Red Hot Chili Peppers
Its just so boring now.

Most of the death metal I used to listen to. The blast beats and wall of distorted noises just makes my brain hurt these days. I don't mind the more melodic stuff. I still really enjoy The Jester Race and Whoracle by In Flames, but shit like Necrophagist and Cannibal Corpse is just too much for me these days. I also don't really like most of the punk rock I used to listen to because it's kind of retarded and all of the bands are fat, old rich people now so it's pretty hard to listen to young versions of them go off about anarchy and murdering rich people.

I used to really like listening to the pop music like Ke$ha, Lady Gaga etc. from like 2010-13, now I very much don't. More specifically, when I was a lad there was this band called Group 1 Crew; essentially a Christian version of Fergie-era Black-Eyed Peas, and when I outgrew them, I outgrew them hard. A few of their songs are still pretty good thanks to the good female singer they had but generally speaking I now find them obnoxious to listen to.

The radio friendly classic rock I listened to in middle school. Some of it I can come back to and still enjoy, like AC/DC or Zepplin tunes if they're not too overplayed, but something on the level of Dream On or You Shook Me All Night Long will make me turn off the radio every time.
Same here, except I cannot listen to any AC/DC or Led Zeppelin. I used to like KISS, too. Yuck.

The first album I ever bought with my own money was Blow Up Your Video and I still keep most of the AC/DC discography in my truck.

On topic, after I quit smoking weed, I stopped listening to downtempo music but somehow got even more into stoner rock.
