i'll admit this tactic worked on me at a workplace, the difference is 1. it took over a year of harassment 2. i constantly made calls to the Sarbanes–Oxley number to make sure the work place got even worse 3. i took quite a few employees down with me including the manager and 4. they didn't realize how much i mattered to the workplace and the work load tripled on the rest of them, leading to at least one major stress related fight that lead to an ambulance being called. much like a rollercoaster the data still shows years later when i left because of how much shit had to change and how much longer it took our dept to do anything. I was the only one who knew of any shortcuts in excel or how to make macros or a bunch of other shit.
