Anyone who can't bullshit a week's accomplishments is completely worthless. All they have to do is just sort of lie about what they and send an email that will never get read. It's not really a challenge.

I should have a federal job, I'd be really good at it.

I remember in elementary/middle school, you'd have to write journal entries of what you've done, what you've learned or some random prompt the teacher would give you. Hell, I remember those "what you've done in summer vacation" essays due at the beginning of the school years. If children could do it, what's THEIR excuse?

Due process is something you have if you are being punished by the State. Access to the President for press junkets is not something that is either a right or a punishment. Its a discretionary privlige of the President. The AP would have to argue that ANYONE has the right to attend White House Press conferences, in the same way that ANYONE has the right to attend a Court Trial under the "Public Trial" clause of the Constitution.

Its an absurd notion. Due process has nothing to do with this. And its not what the AP is arguing. They are arguing that the President has agreed the White House Correspondents Association gets to determine who attends the press junkets, not the President. And that this is somehow some immutable Right the executive has given to this trade agency. Its an absurd argument.
