But dont you think its too perfect, when Western company fails due to DEI. Suddently who is there to save the day? TenCent.
That's not unique to TenCent. Other companies outside of the West do the same. Many Japanese companies have been profiting due to woke garbage in the West making anime and anime-themed games popular. Does that mean Japan is also donating to DEI?

So i dunno, seems to check out with the funding Blackrock guess. But in the end i guess this doesnt matter if Trump will ban it. However this wont stop Canadian DEI or elsewhere.
Trump won't. He's been soft on the rich so far; he even gave the bastards tax breaks. The same shitheels who funded SJW feminism in college, and that blonde fop gives them tax breaks so they can have more money to do more shit.

Unfortunately a lot of these artistic hacks think they're doing something deeper than wallowing around in an intellectual kiddie pool. It's like that Redditor I messaged you about who claimed to be the greatest filmmaker of a generation and nigger made some movie about a reindeer that was a hit man. It's why we have these Marvel capeshit movies telling the audience "do better," whatever that means. These people want to be Satyajit Ray but they make slop. It's not a problem as long as they can accept that's their lot in life.
I'd honestly prefer to make slop given the choice. I am more entertained by what a 12 year old boy thinks is fucking awesome than I am by what a college graduate or self described "auteur" thinks is awesome. Smart isn't having a deeper meaning, smart is doing the job well. Something a lot of these modern day artistic hacks cant do. Something Razorfist can't even do and in writing Pulp he's trying to make slop.

That is the problem when a lot of people's aspirations are actually "Aspierations"

I thought of something similar, too. The kinds of stories I dreamt I would be thinking of or reading as a teenager are far more compelling or entertaining than the "symbolic" or "deconstructionist" slop that your modern college grad filled with SJW or anti-SJW thoughts would write. The former would try to deconstruct stories where the white man comes to save the day, the latter would just have a white meathead or some boob-lady save the day while making snide comments about SJWs. Stories about mankind's survival, the struggle of the average person, or hell, even your average gooner's story of a woman who gets sexually ravaged turning into a killing machine is far more compelling than the kinds of stories that either side would trot out.

Razorfist is just copying familiar notes from the fiction he loves, but I hardly see him innovating or trying to step out of those boundaries. Most reviews of his books are average at best, at least the ones not done by fans. So I hardly see him making any real waves onto the scene, but hey, at least he's capable of selling mid-tier books to put food on the table.

Considering that Danny Boy sides with the Roman Senate that killed Caesar, how much would you like to bet that he'd be a fan of the Imperium Of Man?
Not much. Especially since the eight-pointed Chaos star was something Warhammer did genuinely steal from the Elric Saga.

AI Danny has a special announcement regarding his Thief Fanfiction.

KOTOR fanfiction for the win!

The only unrealistic part is where Danny-boy talks about recruiting booth babes to shill the product, since his new allegiance means he should technically hate booth babes for being "spiritually caustic".

See any similarities?

A big fat mech bristling with guns that walks around slowly is just a tempting target for enemy airstrikes or artillery barrages. Having massive, slow-moving mecha bristling with so many guns can backfire hilariously in a battlefield, especially if it moves slowly, and the enemy brings up some artillery cannons, positioned from different angles, to pound it into pancake batter from afar. There goes your billion-dollar investment. It's not realistic in the slightest, because realism demands you make a robot that can A) be a versatile military asset, and B) not be so easy for enemy artillery to target and destroy from afar.
To be fair, Battlemechs aren't supposed to be operating on their own unless it's a strike team taking out a poorly defended pirate base, rebels, or small advance enemy units or the like. For any larger engagement they might have their own aerial, artillery, mechanised and even infantry support. Not to mention that the heavier mechs, notably the Annihilator in my own experience, is a big hefty piece of asswhoppin', but it's extremely slow and will be destroyed before half the mission is done if you haven't got some quicker lancemates with you.

Don't disagree with you in principle, it's just that usually there'd be bombers/friendly artillery standing ready to pound any enemy artillery, so the big heavy mechs end up acting like very heavily armoured bait.

I'm with you here, but to be fair, our own companies do that stateside too. One might argue that was the strategy when Microsoft were eyeing companies like Activision. We'll never know if they were the ones behind all those allegations coming out, but it's food for thought.

From what I've been seeing about a certain individual, they have some ties to booth babes. I don't want to divulge too much information since Danny reads this thread.

I'm sure you remember Danny's stream where he announced he would leave Arizona if his person didn't win. The stream was up for months when Allosaur pointed out that retardation and Danny nuked the stream.

Reminds me of the Giga-Fortress in Red Alert 3, which is a super-unit employed by the Imperial Japanese faction. It's a heavy warmech that can either take the form of a warship bristling with laser cannons and missile launchers, or a floating Gundam head that shoots a powerful, long-range beam from its mouth. Deployed correctly, it can practically burn down the enemy base like a siege weapon, but if you rely on it and only it, a team of dedicated AA units can take it down. When I played the Commander's Challenge missions, I used my Giga-Fortresses backed up by warships, power-armored shock-troops with rocket launchers and jetpacks, and even psychic schoolgirls (LOL). These units helped cover the massive unit, which allowed my Giga-Fortresses to burn down the enemy base with little effort.

But in the mission where you fight the Giga-Fortress, the rookie Japanese commander sends her Giga-Fortresses out to attack your base alone, making it easy for some dedicated AA units to surround and kill it, and the same goes for the Giga-Fortresses that she has lounging around the map alone or with little escort. She lost at least eight Giga-Fortresses to my forces before the mission was over, and those things are on record as the most expensive units in the entire Command & Conquer franchise. That mission was far easier than some of the other missions where you fight the Japs, (some of them can get nauseatingly difficult, especially the ones where the Japs team up with other factions like the Americans and the Russians,) and at the end, she gets so pissed off that she lost so easily, she gives you the Giga-Fortress out of spite, saying that it didn't help her. (It's the mission that unlocks the Giga-Fortress for your use.)

I figured you would enjoy that.
That I did.

Then Danny-boy should know what it takes to be a good Christian, since I've explained it in detail here. The fact that he doesn't do it goes to show that he either doesn't give a fuck about what we say, or he doesn't give a fuck about being authentic with the Faith.

The difference is, DP Harris' condemnation of the Korean booty game was made public, so even if he did erase all condemnation of it from his X account and his video record, others have records of it that they can easily slap back on his face thanks to the Goonergate fiasco.

Other thing to add to that, of course is that mechs being "slow" is comparative. If you look at the specs of the mechs, outside of a couple of Assault mechs like the Atlas or Annihilator (or the rare exception that is the Urbanmech, but even that has it's own niche), most of the mechs easily hit speeds of 60 kmph or even possibly higher; while the lightest mechs can easily hit 120+ while still being 30 tons or something. Compare with a tank that generally hits 50 kmph on-road. And of course since every mech has 5 or so different variants with different engines and the like, you can get those that go even faster (think top speed is something near 200 kmph on a light mech or something).

Of course, that speed on a mech is all fictional, because the power output required to move something that is anywhere from 9m to 17 m (so from a three story to 6 story building) that weights anywhere from 30 to 100 tons is gonna be insane. But if someone somehow managed to make all the required fictional materials for one (small-scale fusion engine, artificial "muscle fibers" for the body, comparatively light weight armor, really efficient heat sinks, etc.), I don't think speed would be THAT big an issue for the mech. Cost itself would be a bigger one, since many mechs are more expensive than taking a bunch of medium/heavy tanks (though more durable than them, at least.)

I think the issue with Danny is the issue with a lot of these "newly discovered" christians. They'll believe the parts of the Bible/Quran/whatever faith they've joined, that they want to believe, and ignore all the parts they would dislike if they actually read the books. That way, they can consider themselves holy, while still being massive hypocrites.

That's why I made that Pete Hegseth joke when talking about the mechs. The cost alone for these mecha would be so astronomically insane that no conventional military would put that much moolah on just a single mech. Especially when there's the risk that it can be destroyed.

That's a recipe for disaster. Not only would them be massive hypocrites turn people off from the faith, but as the Good Book says, "faith without good works is dead". (Epistle of James, 2:26) Meaning that all that posturing about faith is worth jack shit if they don't live the faith.

Let's be honest. Everyone who observes a certain religion picks and chooses which parts of it to observe. It's a big part of why I could never see myself allying with any one religion. Though I will say that born again Christians are a particularly obnoxious breed. Whether to cover up their shitty past or to overcompensate, the end result is still the same. It's like how I see a lot of ex-JWs getting a shitton of tattoos and going LGBT. I do respect those who can admit when they don't follow their faith to a tee, though. At the end of the day, none are without sin.

Danny didn't convert though. He's a liar.
There was a similar channel called MountainTop9 that did the same kind of music retrospectives/album reviews. The dude was like a little Razor clone and then he converted to Christianity and DFE. He denounced his past and moved on to go study to be a preacher or some shit. A perfect example of who was honest and who is just grifting.

EDIT: If anyone is familiar with that MountainTop9 channel I honestly think he went a little TOO far but I understand the zeal of a new convert so it is what it is.

The key is to honestly admit it when you fuck up.

So basically, that is what Razorfist would look if he was genuine about his faith.

Ephesians 4:29
"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."

Danny is the living antithesis of this verse.
