If the birth certificate got taken seriously - it would largely depend on how ruthless Daniel wants to be.

If it's amicable and accepted - then they come to a mutual agreement, which would likely be Daniel half the time and Becky/Jackson half the time. No money would be exchanged formally and no issues would rise unless there's a change to the status quo (aka Becky and Jackson break up, one or more of them move out, etc).

If it's not amicable and Daniel feels like being ruthless - he would probably get full custody as well as Child Support from Becky/Jackson. It would really only take some of Becky's tweets to illustrate she's an unfit mother and an examination of Jackson to demonstrate he's an unfit father (and not even the biofather). Child Support, while a bit of a meme, has to be tangentially used for the child. Daniel isn't going to be forced to pay money to Becky, just to give back to him for Rent. There isn't a demonstratable reason that Becky and Jackson aren't working and aren't really even looking.

The only major variable is the actual paperwork for the house and who's names are on it. Worst case scenario is Daniel has been paying for a majority of a house he doesn't actually own but it's unlikely they could have gotten any loans without his income.

2. Between Riot and Respawn, Becky has now worked at two of the biggest and most prominent game dev shops in the Los Angeles area. The game dev business is the circle jerk to end all circle jerks. Everyone knows everyone. There may not be a single individual left making games in southern California who has not heard at least one Becky story.

Does Daniel even have a job again yet? I don't imagine he will be lawyering up until he has that and can arrange to move out of the house, which is going to be challenging enough as-is with Becky. Likely they'll initially have an arrangement that Hannah stays with one parent a certain number of days and the other another number of days, with Jackson taking care of Hannah because you know Becky won't be. While I can picture a scenario where Becky tries to give up custody entirely because MAH AUTISM or tries to falsely spin it as if she lost custody because she is TRANS and OPPRESSED and the legal system is AGAINST her, I don't think that's going to happen as long as Jackson is there. Jackson is too emotionally abused and enmeshed with Becky to ever escape, so I think chances are she'll ditch Hannah with him as often as she can while smoking weed and hook up with married men.
