I don't believe he is saying he is currently 16, only that he has been using the site since he was a minor. Let's be honest. Underage users are on the site, some of our fellow kiwis are not the brightest posters and I without a doubt can guess many of them are probably underage.

Most threads about an underage person don't get moved out of PG until the person in question turns 18. That's what happened with the @Monostar Leatherknuckles OP, and by the time they do turn of age interest has waned quite a lot, that's the case of @CaseyElectabuzz (or it'll be at least for a few months more)
