Thats just 1 fucking ride. Estimated cost 200 to 450 million. They built 2 of the ride in each of their parks. 400 to 900 million on a ride that needs continual repairs and costs and its all themed around the sequel trilogy. The ride also breaks all the fucking time. That's not counting the other star wars ride that is a video game simulator. Plus the cost to actually make the star wars lands in each of their parks, (which was way more than the ride) and the fact that the lands themselves are themed around the Sequel Trilogy.

If they wanted to change it, would also cost a shit ton of money. Iger went all in Star Wars and Marvel. Star Wars was a flop, and Marvel is on the ropes.

People should be really asking themselves "what was different back then as opposed to now?" and the answer is really simple... QUALITY.

Take music for example... in the 70's, 80's and 90's there were TONS of black people making music and being pushed as great successes, but the difference between black musicians back then and now is back then they had actual fucking talent. You can go back to songs from decades ago made by black people and go "fuck man that shit is catchy as hell!". Disco, New Jack Swing, Pop, R&B, Dance, Hip-Hop. The music was distinct sounding from one another and you can tell the people behind the songs had actual passion about the things they were creating. Compare that to the stuff being released now and the difference is night and day. Talent is being forced rather than found. Almost every artist that sings sounds similar to each other including accents and what's worse is that barely anyone practices the form of "enunciation" anymore (meaning speaking clearly and precise to where anyone can know what word you are saying... it involved moving your mouth more to match the words that are coming out of your mouth). Instead they all sound like they are half-ass slurring their shit along with the song. Back then everything was properly mixed and barely needed alterations. Now everything is too fucking loud and peaks constantly while the autotune tool gets raped in the ass constantly.

Video games are no different. If a character is well written and doesn't come off like a fucking tool or an item on a checklist, then people are going to love them. Part of why DEI is hated by people is because DEI shoves black into things without any real rhyme or reason. What's worse is that they can also REPLACE characters that were well-loved in the first place. Nobody was fucking doing that back then, everything was original and unique and everyone was fucking happy... which is a feeling that DEI hates, because even when the black character has everything they want, it's never enough (like real life with leftists/SJWs in general). It's a poisonous mindset and precedence that destroys all creativity and fun for the sake of meeting a quota and being part of the thinkgroup that's "on the right side of history".

Russia wont become that friendly with the USA for a while yet. Because even if they trust Donald Trump they cannot trust on his ability to deliver when there are such powerful entrenched interests in America that still oppose him; or that his successor wont just back out of any agreements.

I saw an interview with Duterte of the Phillipines one time where he said: "I cannot deal with America. Whatever they promise, the next president might just change again. When China promises something, I know they will still be the same next year and the year after."

So Russia will not be letting its guard down soon. Especially after muppets like Merkel blabbed that the Minsk 2 agreement was never intended to be honoured by the West and was just an attempt to buy more time to arm Ukraine. And there's a lot to undo before Russia and the USA can have good trade relations anyway. Western Europe seized Russian assets as well as froze them for a long time and kept the interest. Sanctions would have to be undone... Basically, the question is just too early to be asked. But in the event that it does come about, China would not be happy if Russia started supplying manufactured goods to American citizens. Especially as Russia can probably provide better quality on most things. But they'd likely limit their response to the usual blackmail, bribes and competing on price. The Russian army has just had a very good workout to shake off a lot of the corruption and rust that bogged it down. It needs time to recover, like anybody does after a good workout. But it's going to be in better shape once this is all done with.

The powers that really matter the global financial, media, and industrial elites all agree that a nuclear war isn't in the best interests of anyone I think.
Weather it was the ccp brokers or the various members of Wall Street and the pentagon agreeing the deep state has become far too dangerous.
Neither side can fully afford retrenchment and the closing off of spaces still as we haven't achieved a decent level of autarky yet.
I think Trump winning is more or less the world is moving away from globalization in a slower more peaceful manner. Your seeing the agenda 2030 stuff be pushed back to agenda 2050 that's way more watered down and conservative friendly.
You get to eat meat, you won't have to eat the bug, but you'll probably still live in a tiny pod city and rely on public transit that ranges from nice quiet commuter trains to worse than NYC cesspits.
