I know it’s a tabloid but seeing all the facts laid bare without editorializing really solidifies how totally and completely fucked he is.

It’s also interesting to consider that this is only possible because he reached this critical mass of popularity in the first place. Some smaller streamer wouldn’t have had experienced such a public and total humiliation on the world stage.

All those podcasts, jubilee videos, dnc collaborations. All that work just to get onto the worlds biggest stage only for him to whip his weird dick out as soon as the spotlight hits him.

This is probably as good a time as any to suggest that, if you are browsing the Farms in the UK, you should consider moving to TOR.

Destiny, in his efforts at redirecting personal accountability for the predictable consequences of his ongoing degeneracy, is going put this site on a lot of radars. The Farms are going to be talked about a lot more in the mainstream. Starmer's style of governance draws heavily on the post-war East German model, with all the political jackbootery such an approach entails. I think that it's going to be an issue at some point.

I remain VERY unconvinced that he's not going hire a legal team to defend himself in court.

He's either going to settle, or likely he's just procrastinating badly (as usual) due to amphetamine-induced all-night video game marathons (reminder Destiny has a young son that badly needs his father!)

The very typical procrastinator thing to say is "I hired the law firm" when in reality he likely spoke to the law firm and has made the decision in his mind to hire them but has not actually gone through with the hiring formalities.

There's just NO FUCKING WAY he's going to try to defend himself I refuse to believe it.

I don't believe it either, but I'm also part of the "Truth is stranger than fiction" crowd. Part of Destiny's problem isn't just that he thinks he's the smartest person in the room, he has a whole cult of personality around him who think the same. So when he espouses that lawyers are fucking stupid and their arguments are stupid; I'm willing to bet that he's not entirely 100% committed to that, but he's such a fucking sped, he tells himself that and his audience backs him up, and that pushes him well into the "Yeah, fuck lawyers, I'm smarter than them." That being said, I still think he'll get a lawyer, but it'll be damn near last minute, where the first motion is "Your honor, I need an extension as I agreed to this last night."

Is it a legal strategy in torte to file as late as possible and try to string out the trial so the plaintiff is stuck spending?

I doubt it's a viable strategy since my guess is that would piss off the court but it's the type of magical thinking him and his kraut&tea esque lawyers of DGG would come up with in the face of the overwhelming evidence against him?

Because honestly he looks so fucked that my guess is hes going to attach himself to whatever legal strategy gets promoted as his get out of consequences free card.

Is it also possible that they are negotiating a settlement before addressing the court?

He cant hes trying to do this cheap also hes insulted her and denied his crimes way too much. Her settlement now is going to be to basically ask for something similar to what she would get by beating him in court anyway, so he will fight it because if the path ends the same end he may as well waste her time and causes her emotional stress.
