For anybody who happens to be as retarded as Alex Hogendorp and is deathly afraid of some faggot knowing the city/region you live in here is the simplest way to resolve that.
1. Unplug your router
2. Wait 10 minutes
3. Plug your router back in
Congrats, you now have a new IP address.
Your new IP will still be in the same city/region, but I guess you'll no longer be at risk of getting DOS'd for however many days you would have had that same IP. Side note, your ISP generally issues you a new IP every 7 days, so you could always just wait.
Additional note: DOS'ing is a federal crime, if you happen to click the link and experience a DOS, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) offers the ability to make a complaint anonymously. Do with this information and the name Alex Hogendorp what you will.
