ATTENTION
Special rules for the Destiny thread.
  • Don't engage footsoldiers. Whiteknights do not need 100 responses to every bait post; exercise restraint. Do not give attention to people who join and bomb the thread with negative reactions.
  • Practice harm reduction. Read our prudent poster's guide.
  • Don't write open letters to Destiny. It is very annoying attention seeking behavior. Just write normal posts.
Like I stated prior, it is the reason for the permanent status of the ban. Destiny has pissed off a lot of people. It wasn't any trans retard streamer that brought this up, it was streamers who had issues with him prior to resubmitted these issues to Twitch showing that it is a continuous problem. Their argument was that Destiny's behavior will never be "fixed" on Twitch as long as he can basically evade any penalty Twitch gives him. Steven had repeatedly told people to sub on DGG over Twitch so he can still have income if Twitch ever temporarily banned him again. That is why there was that note in the Destiny ban thing on Twitch.
I understand what you stated prior, I'm asking if there was a leak that indicated this or if someone told you or something?

Destiny got banned on Twitch in large part to the off site chat which he monetized and used to bypass Twitch moderation policies, no matter how stupid anyone thinks they are. People could use the chat to talk shit about whoever they wanted without anything getting flagged by Twitch. At the same time, Steven used Twitch's bandwidth for video and back when adblock worked better on Twitch, using the DGG interface basically only took from Twitch and kept people out of the ecosystem.

This is where I think I first brought this up years ago.

But don't a ton of streamers costream to different sites like youtube, kick, facebook and even tiktok why was his dgg site so bad? Was it becuase he was partnered?
Also what was the justification for dgg chat specifically being an issue, plenty of streamers have subreddits which twitch has no moderation access to or even youtube chat sections aswell.
Those sites still have varying levels of moderation that the DGG chat doesn't have.

Also, those streamers are still vulnerable. The group that got Destiny permanently banned referenced specific things in the DGG chat and even matched up the time stamps some instances when Destiny was going off on other Twitch partners. If some other streamer was as toxic and retarded as Destiny and someone documented and other partners sent it to Twitch with additional legal threats then those streamers would get a permanent ban too.

I understand what you stated prior, I'm asking if there was a leak that indicated this or if someone told you or something?

I know because I have the documents. I just never leaked them because a full leak would point to the partners involved.

Here is part of a draft I have since the finals are on an older hard drive.

I found this exchange in DGG chat interesting. Michael20 clearly has conflicting feelings about Tiny's behavior, but loneliness keeps him coming back to the community.

This nigga is like magneto for mentally unwell people it’s uncanny. This is extremely sad but also just makes me want destiny to kill himself even more!

Pxie is by far one of the most normie/normal women that has ever interacted with Destiny. I know the bar is really low, and it ain't saying much, but she's really extremely normie.

Which makes it all the more deranged/retarded that he's trying to paint her as a slut, or as a insane BPD girl. My nigger in Christ, you fucked Empathchan "you have no proof of that", my nigger in Christ she flew all the way from Scottland to visit NY, while you were there at the same time. I don't doubt you weren't the only person she was visiting, or that she was the only girl you fucked in NY, but you 100% fucked her.
Is she actually asking for 15 million, or is that just something he made up? I just assumed that when I jumped in the thread. I’m not really following this—just took like a minute to skim it from the front page. Destiny drama doesn’t really do it for me; tranny drama is way more entertaining.

Thank you for the explanation and this does make sense. He is always skittish about talking about the reason for his ban, and it would be bizarre for Twitch to allow redirections to subscription services while having the stream embedded.

Do you have any insight into why the the leaked twitch memo doesn't mention this and only links to the trans clip? Are you alleging that clip was fake or just unrelated as its trust and safety issue and what you are referring to is something that only higher management is aware of?

To my understanding (keep in mind I'm not a lawyer, nor do I live in the US). That number is supposed to be egregious, at that stage of the conversation both sides are supposed to say "dream scenarios" kind of thing, knowing that it won't happen, and slowly it gets worked down to the real number.
Destiny knows this, however, he's trying to paint her like she actually wanted 15 million, just like how he's misrepresenting Pxie genuinely being depressed/suicidal as her suicide baiting.

  • Speaking of:
It's important to note, that Destiny fully knows female and male suicidality are completely different to each other.
Men are far more effective at killing themselves, while women often play around with the idea publicly, give it a try, often it fails, and try again.
However, this doesn't mean that the suicidality was "false", or she was suicide baiting, is it attention seeking? yes, but because there's something that is bringing her extreme distraught, doesn't mean it's fake tho.

Women just act different than males when they are suicidal. Funnily, Destiny's constant depression baiting, and suicide jokes, are far more female coded than male. However, I just think that it is because Destiny genuinely larps that he's depressed/suicidal to manipulate people. And well, him being so extremely low T that he might as well be a woman might play a role into it.

But why do you care about the partners involved are you secretly a streamer lmao or is the worry that DGG would go after them?

"ive known null for 6 years... hell have my back" Idk what their relationship was like prior to know if hes exaggerating, but in hindsight this is hilarious :story::story::story: and if hes honest its just so on brand for this retard to turn another long time friend into an enemy.

I don't recall seeing anything stating the permanent nature of his ban was directly due to a trans clip.

They had no relationship.
Destiny only came to this thread to troll, that statement is just another attempt at trolling, which later went on to be weaponized against him.

I just used to be sorta friends with one of the streamers.

Also Destiny just completely made that part up. It was in there as just an example of threats plus makes Destiny sound unhinged to normal people.

Destiny's permanent ban status is due to his DGG chat and the off-Twitch alternative to sub to him, not just his actions while on Twitch.

Destiny was given the choice to not use the the DGG Bigscreen mode while streaming on twitch but he declined, which is why it really became permanent.

Multiple streamers showed evidence that that the DGG was a big problem for what they claimed was harassment.

Twitch couldn't ban bad actors in that chat. They could not use demonetization as a "punishment" when Destiny was doing something they viewed against TOS.

With normal Twittch streamers, you can report people in their chat to get those "bad actors" banned and you can demonetize them for a period of time based on the streamers actions.

Destiny made the DGG chat to get around that and that is what was pointed to to make the ban permanent. Twitch told Steven this but Steven would rather just complain about double standards and act like a victim.
It was kick that asked him to not use DGG bigscreen while he was formally contracted with them, not twitch.
Edit to add: there's still info up about this too ie people sperging out on his reddit about it and mention of it in his wiki (why the fuck does he have a wiki? These people are the worst)

Since you seem to know about his ban, what do you think about twitch corporate being disgusted by working with him because he's a super diva, so they just came up with a bunch of reasons to never have to work with him again?

I remember in 2018/2019 he was a big part of promoting censorship on twitch (180 flip on his previous position) by arguing about it with retards like train/greek/asmon/etc on the scuffed podcast/rajj shows. I think he worked with twitch brass behind the scenes to get the trojan horse of censorship through the gates. And they hated their experience working with him because he was very me me me and controlling. And that's where the ban really comes from. Twitch used and abused him like he does to his concubine.

The Omni Cuckold linked to a comment about the big screen problem from back in 2022, kick wasnt even a thing yet, or at least hadnt launched AFAIK.
That comment was just about having off-site chats, and the document just brought up that it existed. There's no actual proof of twitch themselves saying he has to drop it and him declining lol. He did, however, publicly talk about needing to be exclusive with kick and being unable to do bigscreen embedding

Also edited to add because I'm retarded: Even that screenshotted document just seems like a complaint being lodged against him so that doesn't necessarily mean it's why he was banned. Probably is at least part of it, though.

I don't personally know any Twitch staff so I can't speak to that.
