I am watching Legal Mindset's stream right now covering Destiny being retarded and their is this png tuber with him.

This is definitely a tranny right? Their voice sounds like it has some filter over it and speaks in a weird cadence that doesn't sound natural. Maybe even text to speech is being used. I cant quite put my finger on it.
