I hate that everything the Trump administration does from firing lazy federal employees to announcing tariffs to releasing information on a fucking pedophile conspiracy that our government is clearly involved with gives off the same aura as Elon's gay "shitpost" tweets:

There's no tact, no "maybe we should treat this issue seriously". Everything is a joke all the time and I fucking despise it.

You either get Kamala style gay Zoomer Tiktok shit or retarded boomer Facebook memes

I miss when politicians took shit seriously instead of doing a tik tok dance about trans rights in Palestine or rick rolling people who want to see who is involved with a pedophile conspiracy
I do find it a bit much. Several of these things are serious topics that will or had huge involvement in several Americans lives. It's one thing to be all bravado and showman like on a campaign trail, but when the trail is done and you're in the position of authority now. There should be some seriousness to it and respect to matters. Now I'm not saying Elon and Trumps actions are right or wrong when it comes to the topics, just the way they sell these things outside of official briefs and meetings just feels tone deaf.

Does this count as good news?

It's not 5 dollar footlongs, but it's a better deal than usual.
subway better not be @ing me without also bringing back their fresh mozzarella cheese. i don't care how cheap it is, i'm not spending money on an overpriced sandwich without the mozz

>$6.99

It's a start. It just sucks you have to do it through the app so they can harvest your data.
Some retard figured out it was a bad idea to give a bunch of grifters binders after a photoshoot and make them scan in the pages. But only after hours of that nonsense.
Fuckin A. Not only did they put out a proper press release, they actually turned the pages horizontally.

The most insulting thing is that they gave the files to INFLUENCERS

The most loathsome of the clout chasing political hacks. I'm not blackpilling but DAMN does that piss me off
You're surprised that the President who is obsessed with ratings, who won an election (in part) by going on the podcast circuit, did a stunt with influencers "fulfilling" a highly visible campaign promise?

I've been loving the last month, but damn, people need to remember who the man is at the center of the myth.

I'll admit all of this is a very bad look. Trump and his administration look like complete clowns rn.
In my humble unprofessional opinion, they should really use this opportunity for a good old fiery purge.

Maybe it isn't the right thing to do, or even the right call based on the circumstances, but it would show that at the very least there's an attempt to not fuck around regarding transparency and trust.

Throw your whole gunt into it, I say! Make them rue the day they decided to turn things into an unprofessional, corrupt, and unfunny circus.

Regarding the following

Tate: there's no mention of them getting any sort of "pardon" or immunity, right? Just getting them out of Romania? If any of you haven't met a Romani before, they can and will take as long as fucking possible to do anything productive and you can bet they'll try to get as much money out of it as possible. This was just Trump being given a list of Americans being held abroad and telling people to get them back regardless of the situation. I don't see why this is a problem if Romania can't convict in 2 years.

Epstein: same with the activist judges issue, no matter what the heads of agencies say, it just takes one glowie with a problem to throw huge wrenches into anything resembling progress. There's gonna be a shit show over this regardless of which side comes out on top. If you can't fathom it, important secrets aren't all organized neatly in a filling cabinet with a biometric lock that can only be opened by "the good guys". Trump admin probably wants to show all the cards, but why the fuck would the globohomo-aligned glowies not just torch anything remotely resembling evidence right away? Like we're seeing now? Half of you niggas clearly don't know how to think like a criminal and it shows.

Yep, the whole meme presidency thing is losing it's luster pretty fucking fast now that they are treating the Epstein shit like a joke. I really felt sick of it after listening to Elon at CPAC, he ruined the whole cool chainsaw thing by waxing poetic about how he's a living meme. Massive cringe. Trump tweets are great and all but we don't need everyone in the government competing over who can meme the best. Just leave it to Trump to be Trump. At least JD Vance is pretty serious and professional every time he does a speech or makes a post, I really appreciate that.

I also can confirm now that lots of irl Trump supporters are dramatic babies. I work with pretty much all die hard Trump supporters and I briefly mentioned my disappointment with the Epstein shit at work today and everyone flipped their shit acting as if I said I want to kill Trump or something. They all ganged up claiming the Epstein shit is being handled perfectly and it doesn't even matter anyway if they are released or not because Trump deserves a pass and can do whatever he wants. They kept comparing people complaining about the Epstein shit to liberals complaining about egg prices saying it's the same thing and that I'm clearly a Never Trumper in disguise. Complete retardation. I expected this from boomers but not from my own people lol. I apologize for disagreeing with posts here warning to be careful about criticizing Trump because his supporters don't take kindly to it, I found out that's very true today lmao. Or just never ever bring politics up irl or outside of this thread which I think might be the best move. Common sense I suppose.

"Subway customers will need to place their sandwich order through either the chain’s app or website — and plug in the promo code “699FL” — in order to take advantage of the new discount."

No. I'd rather fuck an electrical socket.

That's way too much hassle to go through for Subway.

Clinical Depression: The "Sandwich".

Afraid not, quality has gone to absolute shit over the years. It might be a bit cheaper now with this deal, but its still worse than a prepackaged supermarket deli sandwich.
Last time I went to Subway, I got violently ill 🤮. The chicken tasted "blah" so maybe it was old? Allegedly Subway is a fast food franchise with extremely low margins, so I guess that incentivizes franchisees to cut corners/not use the freshest ingredients.

...I miss Quiznos and its 'tarded Koala-monkey things:
