Is it me or has Colorado become California levels of insane? Even in blue states like New York, I posted at least some push back against TRA madness. I know Californians fled the state for Colorado but I didn't think it was this bad.

That's something non-Californians need to understand. San Francisco Bay Area (including Silicon Valley and East Bay) and Los Angeles-Inland Empire are overpopulated and overrepresented shitholes, basically modern manifestations of Sodom and Gomorrah. They run the whole damn show, partly because the rest of the state is relatively normal and has even parts rural conservatism and urban tolerance. You only ever see news from two large cities in California, and they're dragging the rest of the state down with them.

And thank fucking christ. EEOC's been a hinderance for far too long, but they had expanded it (at least within the past 4 years). As long as I've known, it's been standard to ask:

1. Race
2. Disability status
3. Veteran status

In the past 4 years, I've noticed applications asking about gender identity and sexual orientation, brownie points for things you can't even prove. There should be no reason that applicants be getting an undeserved advantage, especially over a category you can identify yourself into.

What's to stop me from claiming I'm "nonbinary" or bisexual to get an advantage in the hiring process? Gonna blow loads in my face and see if I'm fibbing when I say "I love it"?

Your thinking isn't bluesky enough. Remember that trans madness is so radical words do not have meaning (except cis which you obviously cannot identify out of).

If you are male, don't go the half-cop route of 'non-binary' (which is of course really is meaningless and entails zero expectation of any behavioural or visual change). Say you are a trans woman, who prefers he/him pronouns, and make exactly zero effort at presenting otherwise than you normally present.

And don't say you are bisexual. If you are straight, claim you are 'aroace gay'. You can date anyone you want and they have no right to define your sexuality for you. Having sex and relationships, by the way, does not preclude you identifying as aromantic or asexual, because you are whoever you say you are.

• Hormone replacement therapy, sex change surgeries, and puberty blockers are illegal for anyone unless they're necessary to treat an illness unrelated to "gender-affirming care."
• Insurance providers, medicaid, and other funding sources are illegal to apply to any transition-related procedures.
• Public money cannot be used to fund any institution that offers "gender-affirming care."

This legislation was introduced yesterday on February 26. If passed, it would mandate weeks of unhinged L posting. Keep your eyes peeled for it.

The law, signed by Republican Gov. Mike DeWine in November, was a major win for Republicans, and derided by critics, including on the Buckeye State’s many college campuses.

"No school shall permit a member of the female biological sex to use a student restroom, locker room, changing room, or shower room that has been designated by the school for the exclusive use of the male biological sex," the text of the law reads.

I've seriously wondered wether if there was the political will to do it that SRS couldn't be made illegal under existing laws prohibiting FGM.
FGM I'm sure is illegal at the Federal level, and the 14th Amendments Equal Protection Clause, (if it was enforced) means that that should apply to males too, meaning if the law was applied it should make SRS illegal across the board.
It might mean the Gender Cult would have to be recognized as the Cult it is legally first.

Of course applying the 14th's Equal Protection clause to men would likely have the effect of outlawing circumcision at the same time and make the Jewish lobby hit the fucking roof which is maybe why it's never been tried.

The difference is that "gender medicine" in theory should have consent. FGM in the third world is done on adolescents/children/babies without their consent.

When you look deeper at "gender medicine", though, there really isn't consent. The case with "trans kids" is obvious, minors are legally and morally incapable of consent, but it could stand to reason that any adult looking to get their pussy removed and stitched shut is mentally ill and needs a responsible guardian to act as a medical proxy.

These people are experimenting on children. It shouldn't have been allowed to happen and the people who were caught lacking should pay a legal price for this as much as the propagandists and child-butchering doctors should. This must never happen again.

I didn't use to care if adults wanted to be transsexuals. Even a year ago, I would have been against banning adults from "gender-affirming care," but I knew it was nothing less than cosmetic surgery. True sex changes are impossible. Admitting that didn't use to be controversial, and saying so never made transsexuals kill themselves 40 years ago.

Whatever troonism has become is not a civil rights movement for transsexuals. This movement has ties to revolutionary Communism and a bunch of other weird cult shit that used to have nothing to do with being a transsexual. I don't understand it. I know I'm never going to get one, but I want a fucking explanation for all of this. What the fuck IS it? If DOGE is to be believed, the US government was funding and promoting it. Why?

I remember the AIDS era. Straight and gay people realized it was time for a reckoning because there was a sense of shared responsibility. People thought that if society didn't give gay men some form of acceptance, they would hide their homosexuality, get AIDS from anonymous sex, and infect their families. It was safer for everyone to get them out of the closet and into a gay relationship. People would have been overjoyed in the 80s if the government had given more of a shit about it.
