don't know why anyone would want to live this or force someone into this outside of sadomasochism disguised as medical awareness. The point of fantasy is the escape from the troubles of life and if it does feature those sufferings its in the form of overcoming, not succumbing. If your form of fantasy and escape is a form of slow miserable death than you need a checkup or two.

Samael was the mong who paid hundreds of quid to put his fat and vore fetish fursona into Undertale and became a laughingstock.

It is pure existential dread the idea of a person spending all that time and effort to properly learn how to line, colour and shade, only for that effort to be spent in order to draw porn of one of the ugliest and less sexual characters in media.
Was this not a commisison, then it would've been even more pathetic for the creator of this, inteead is the commissioner the one who most deserves mockery here.
I saw people with the dream of becoming professional artist being relegated to eat scraps and earn pennies by drawing smut, it is nothing short of depressing,
