Philosophy tube is an even better example...it changed very little and now he looks like he's got some weird facial paralysis (probably just botox though).

I heard from somewhere that FFS is a bit of a racket, and just a sales tactic. It's not like it's a new type of surgery they recently invented specifically for troons. They're just ordinary, bog standard 'off the peg' plastic surgeries that are just packaged up as 'FFS',and then slapped with an exponentially higher price tag. Yet Troons somehow think they're getting some sort of special surgeries that are just for them, and keep falling for it.

Plastic Surgeons are the only group of people in history who are happy to see a troon walking into their offices.

Now that you mention it, it's curious how he always speaks in a very deep voice, not even as a gay dude. At least other troons try to sound with high pitch almost like Mickey Mouse.

If he really got his Adams apple removed as he claims, he couldn't talk so deep or even talk at all. More things to doubt that he even had any surgeries.

The only thing I see that's different is his nose. He got a nose job for sure. (And I guess his caveman brow looks smaller.)

Still looks like a an ugly dude though. Someone else mentioned this but I did love the part where he literally says "the adam's apple is gone" and you can see it bobbing as he speaks. What a buffoon.

Somehow his new forehead looks longer now, face looking like an extra large egg.

Notice how he makes zero attempt to hide the hairline job. Likely, he's making it visible to grab attention, as a conversation starter (actual women wouldn't parade something like that around, unless they're a munchausens trainwreck). He normally wears his hair in that cringe, failure of an attempt style with the bangs to hide his hairline. This, however, is drawing attention to it.

Nick probably jerks off to the thought and the fact that people mIsGeNdEr him. That seems to be his brand, the poor troon that constantly gets misgendered (not sure if normies actually feel sorry for him though).
