Based. Ever notice how American schools usually only offer Spanish or French courses rather than literally anything else? It's because of Canadians and Illegal Immigrants. Teaching languages that people would actually be interested in (Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, German, etc) would make them move elsewhere and not be leeched on by the government.
