Does he have any criminal convictions? Years ago I’ve heard of people having issues not declaring a driving offence forgetting that’s a criminal conviction and getting knocked back when that was flagged. That was years ago though.

If he’s got anything related to drugs on his criminal record that could have been it.

So as a bong who has travelled to the States a few times currently amidst applying for K1, it's a few things.

1) Jude is being dishonest and not disclosing the full story >surprised Pikachu<

2) If he overstayed his VISA by 2 fucking months then it is most certainly that. Even with an ESTA, you have to be transparent about where you are staying. I personally always state when and where I am crossing state lines with addresses. Believe it or not, immigration respects transparency, Jude is a dumbass because they left the States thinking it would not go unchecked because THEY DON'T CHECK VISAS ON DEPARTING FLIGHTS. They only check on entry however if you overstay you are fucked, and they will deny your VISA even ESTA.

3) Due to overstaying immigration would have done a background search on Jude and got this Kiwi thread and that is a further addition to their denial he would need to challenge it in court but it will not be lifted because overstaying your VISA is viewed as an attempt for illegal migration. Visas are one of the things in the States you don't fuck around with.

Appealing this would cost Jude 000's it's not cheap.

@HouseofLeafs I don't get it either, immigration will always ask you why you are here, so he lied to a federal officer. Good going, Jude.

If they actually wanted him to come over they 100% would've been able to using H1B or whatever. They clearly didn't and just offered lawyers to try and finagle a way for him to get a tourist visa again.

Keep in mind most of his income seems to come from whales and he doesn't have a sustainable business model* therefore he is of little interest to actual businesses and/or his reputation is such that they don't actually want anything to do with him. He claims to have also tried working with various big brands on the same matter. His fucking main twitter account directly links to a fucking onlyfans, his videos don't seem to have sponsors (I found one which is sponsored by a minecraft server), he doesn't even have a million subs, his views aren't that great. If you go to his main YT channel its him wearing a fucking bikini and shit about femboys. I think even Mr.Beast wouldn't want to be associated directly with shit like that (people can argue that he put up with Chris Tyson Chicken, but I don't think much of that kind of stuff ever made it into actual Mr.Beast videos except the faggy drawing).

TLDR: he's a fetish/onlyfans streamer and no business wants anything "business wise" to do with him except for maybe giving him a lawyer to try and help out a bit.

TLDR 2: even if you leave all the transgender stuff out of this he looks straight up like a sex worker/ethot/whatever
