As someone with legal experience there are definitely occasional "pay if won" cases, aka if the case is won the lawyer is paid and if the case is lost the lawyer just takes the loss.

Not sure how this would work in America though as I'm English.

Definitely still a thing. I wouldn't be super shocked at the idea of Birdie filing a lawsuit through Morgan and Morgan, but how good can a law firm that sponsors movie reaction channels really be?

Entirely separate thought, and I know it's a stupid question, but what's up with the uptick in Birdie porn on twitter as of late? The past few weeks I've been seeing like, a notable amount of semi-satirical and non satirical Birdie porn (Synnibear03 for that matter as well.) Not really important, but weird thing I've noticed.

Maybe I’m retarded, but what is this video proving? The screenshots are just people discussing the allegations, and the only proof is a 2 second clip of someone saying something that’s barely audible? Not defending birdie I’m just confused at what this video is attempting to say.

Omg! Since the entire channel isn’t gone, I’m assuming this was done by her. Does this mean that she’s not thinking of returning anytime soon, and is trying to wipe her internet presence? Or is she getting ready for a TOTAL rebrand? I really hope she comes back, it’s boring without her.

as interesting a turn it would be I’m worried for any kids that might be blissfully unable to connect a rebrand to synni and her downfall and fall into the web of degeneracy.
