I tackle this same issue. I think the last TV show I watched in full was Better Call Saul. I haven't been inspired to try anything new, kinda at the burnout phase that I had with video games, getting burned one too many times by good starts and failure to stay on the frickin' tracks. House Of Dragon I watched season 1 got intrigued, hopeful even, and season 2 became Man Bad propaganda to a noticeable and annoying degree.

Yeah they have a tendency to think that only one day of not doing anything is going to solve everything. Remember #twitchdobetter and their whole "A Day Off Twitch" bullshit where they thought that not streaming for a day was going to get Twitch to do all of their moderation for them? Or how about the Reddit API protests where they thought staying off of Reddit for 2 days was going to get Reddit to fix their app and instead they all lost their mod positions. Hell a lot of them break their own rule as we saw with TwitchDoBetter where almost nobody stopped streaming that day or fuck it up by announcing how long the boycott's going to be as we saw with the Reddit stuff.
