Kinda is, kinda isn't. It's basically like a fan wikia, making up fake seasons for Hazbin (while also incorporating boss into it), and using a mix of old Hazbin character material and mixes it with new one (for example the old image of Adam in his dragon form, is now turned into Michael)

I cannot help be rather impressed that a none existing fanfic spawned a entire wikia, with everyone adding various bits and pieces about seasons and various episode moments.

How can you hide details of characters not only in live streams that may or may not be canon anymore. They hid it in products you have to BUY.

By far the worst designed character in the show now. When he was a TV guy made sense simple design. But he's a fucking shark demon WHERE?

Because it was popular headcanon in the fandom. There were a lot of imagery of sharks around Vox back when there were Instragram posts, and the whole symbolism of sharks with aggressive businessman had people believing he was part shark or originally a shark demon. While a fun theory, I never thought it would become canon because it would bloat his character by having so many different things. Unless the artist behind the Keychain confirmed that those are gills, they can very well be air vents like the ones you see on some electronics.

But either way, we'll probably never going to see it in the actual show. Just like how Velvette is a doll demon and has the joints of a doll, but you only ever see that in the merch and not in the show. Even when she was wearing that half-top.

If so why doesn't he come back as a TV guy and his body torn to shreds trapped in a TV as hes just CHUM now. But what is the sharks for? Viviane explain something anything! Playing devil's advocate here, I can sort of get what Viv was going for with Pentious being a snake, because saying a liar has a forked tongue is a pretty popular figure of speech. But that doesn't change Vox apparently being a shark is dogshit character design.

A liar? Am forgetting something, but what in tell what did he do to lie? I thought in the leaks he knew who the killer was, but never told anyone/wasn't questioned. I could be misremembering it. But it seemed like he just sunk in and continued to work ignoring it.

And in that timeperiod what would be bad about him lying. Law enforcement was abysmal and were arresting people with no evidence/ lack of tools to test perpetrators.

In that situation he knew the client, and the client knew of him. Pentious was an inventor and created machines for tons of clients, if he made these tools/machines/weapons even what would stop them from just going to his house and killing him too I mean there guys a murder. A snake doesn't fit him lying as he's literally trying to survive. A rat, rabbit, fainting goat, or even a quokka. Fits him more as he should be punished for being a coward by turning into a cowardous animal

Yeah my bad, I misremembered the scene and thought he was questioned, but that's not the case.

Also it's stupid to get hung up over this, but the whole theory that the Ripper was anyone of any notable status or power has always been dumb, Whitechapel was the slums of London, and the Ripper was certainly was familiar with the area, but more on that...

...Do you honestly expect for Viv to do even basic historical research? The Ripper got away not because he was some rich and influential dude, but because he killed at the right place, at the right time. His killings caused one of the first true media firestorms that caused everyone and their mother in the UK to write to Scotland Yard claiming they were who Jack was, and someone even just straight up got a hold of a kidney from a university or hospital to make a letter claiming they were Jack. Additionally, much evidence that they bothered to keep was destroyed by the The Blitz during WW2, so it's even harder to look back at the case.

Also it's kind of funny how Pentious is explicitly stated to have died in 1888, and all the killings were in the fall, so it's not like he kept the secret for very long before dying anyways.

You can tell that Viv really had no idea what the guy's sin was. Which, honestly this was where she should have pilfered an idea from the fans how Pentious was an East Indies warlord or likea mad inventor who didn't care for people who died in his factories.

An that kinda falls apart when you look at Alastor, yes he got shot in the head but that barely shows besides a red X on his forehead, and way he speaks you'd THINK his throat was slashed open and thus he sounds more like a human radio now.

But in all seriousness, it just so unnecessary to tie him so close to the ripper (quite literally his building was in front of one of the crime scenes), like mentioned above him being a cruel entrepreneur right at the dawn of the industrial revolution aka "fuck your worker rights" would have sell better the idea of him being a cold blooded snake. Hell, if you want to have the ripper connection so bad, the least they could do would be to make him be one of the many busybodies spreading false information about the case for attention. Not only would this reflect his personality of always wanting to fit-in but it would also be perfect for Smity's idea of him becoming a snake for his "forked tongue".

Tho what interest me the most is to see if they are going to address Jack's existence, that is, if he's in hell or if his soul got destroyed which would be funny because if we go with the idea that he only killed 5 women, then that's enough for him to be deem way too hardcore for hell except that this will also open up the can of worms of Alastor being allowed to exist despite the fact that 1. He probably killed more than 5 people and 2. He did much worse than killing them, by using the parts of his victims for his creepy voodoo rituals.

Let's go even further, if you say want him to be connected with the Reaper, why not say he was sending the guy after those prostitutes. Like, maybe they worked for Pentious as getting info about his competition and thus letting snake boi rise up faster, since he knew how to beat 'em. What if he got paranoid about these women blowing the lid on his machinations and thus sent Jack to merk 'em all.

He also had a pet shark named Vark, who is most likely no longer canon.

Even though I do appreciate the series for giving Velvette a more congruent personality to Vox and Valentino so that she's just as conniving as they are, these Voxtagram posts did give the Vees a bit of humanity to them, showcasing that being evil ≠ incapable of genuine wholesome behavior.

But we can't have that in this nuanced story!

Since they're the antagonists, especially as the villains, they need to be these heartless scheming masterminds 24/7, with the closest hint of depth to them comes from implications, flashbacks,

or right before they die so they can't be developed further and their affiliations can be driven by vengeance.

How are those gills though? On the way it's designed I would think those are scars he got from Valentino because it's also on his arm. Unless he just breathes from his chest and only his RIGHT ARM.

Having them on his chest is weird but I guess understandable, he should have some under his neck or some type of frills to show, it could then be the reason why he wears a suit with a tight collar as he doesn't want to SHOW his gills. But that makes too much sense and shows characterization and we can't have that.

Or like we saw with Stella fail at making them feel like villains and instead make them sympathetic by accident. Given how most of the crew really seems to like Valentino, they might even do it in purpose to set a future redemption arc for them afterall Viv once said that she would like to make a spin-off about the Vees.
