Western Animation - Discuss American, Canadian, and European cartoons here (or just bitch about wokeshit, I guess)

Dreamworks is very hit and miss these days. Puss in Boots TLW was great, then you had KFP4 which while I enjoyed it was pretty mid. Hopefully Shrek 5 (and KFP5) can beat the odds and actually be decent.
I don't know where you are getting KFP4 being mid? KFP3 was mid, KFP4 was a dumpster fire.

Still need to see this.

Common Side Effects is over halfway through its first season as of writing this, and you should go see it if you haven't already. The writing is tight, not a single wasted second. The body language and dialogue are very natural, which sells the realistic conflicts really well. Here's the first episode if you're not convinced.

I was skeptical at first, and still remain so until its all said and done, but I have to agree so far so good. The one thing I can say I like is that
The reveal that the pollution from the pharmaceutical company (in conjunction with the turtle’s crap) is what’s allowing the magic mushroom to grow shows it’s a little more nuanced that just Corporation BAD

On top of that there's some payoff going on right now between Marshall and Frances, as well as Copano and Harrington, that make the series less black and white.

They still have plenty of room to go that route if they're determined to be retarded, but it's a pretty safe bet that the hip and cool Zendaya ogre isn't meant to be a troon at the very least, since it's a major clown world faux pas to dare allow non-trannies to portray tranny characters. (And for once, I agree with them. Not because I think troons need AuThEnTiC rEpReSeNtAtIoN, but because we all know that trannies never pass, so pretending a man can look/sound like an actual woman is just too unbelievable, even for hollywood.)
